Kicker Rank: #22All Players: #444
Brown had a solid first season with the Giants. He scored just 100 points but made 89 percent of his field goals, which was one of the higher totals in his career. Brown's career high in points is 127 and he has eight seasons with 100-plus points. He is going to be the starting kicker for the Giants once again this season. Brown is a solid kicker at age 35, gaining some confidence the last few seasons after a few down years. Brown is becoming a more accurate kicker but doesn't have quite as strong of a leg as earlier in his career.
Brown is a good buy-low candidate because the Giants' offense should produce better for him. He is worth a look as a low-end No. 1 or top backup. He should be able to get 120 points or so in this offense. He won't produce many long-distance kicks at this stage of his career but should get consistent point totals for the Giants.
