Cleveland Browns P Reggie Hodges (Achilles') has been playing through injury, and head coach Pat Shurmur was asked if the injury is affecting Hodges. 'I don't know. I think that's something to be considered. I think we need to play better at all positions including that one,' Shurmur said Monday, Sept. 24.

Cleveland Browns P Reggie Hodges (Achilles') is back as the team's punter after missing the 2011 season due to an Achilles' injury. The team has been pleased with his performance during offseason workouts. In 2010, Hodges averaged 43.9 yards per punt, and he ranked ninth in the NFL in net yardage. Last season, P Brad Maynard was 32nd in the league in the same category while filling in for Hodges.
