Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera is pleased with how the team's roster has taken shape in the offseason. 'I've been impressed with what we've been doing in free agency, the different ideas and the way (Gettleman) is trying to manage the cap and restructure things to help us,' Rivera said. 'And the way he's worked with Rob Rogers and Brandon Beane and Mark Koncz, those guys have really done a great job as a group working with Don Gregory and his scouting staff.'

The Carolina Panthers have to play to their abilities, and pick up where they left off in 2012, according to head coach Ron Rivera. 'Everybody wants to do to start fast, but the key for us more so than anything else is coming out and playing well from the beginning, from Day One,' Panthers head coach Ron Rivera said.
