Summary

Quarterback Rank: #94All Players: #584
Harrell won the top backup job in Green Bay before the season and attempted a handful of passes during the season. He is likely to be the top backup again this season but won't be handed the job. Harrell doesn't have a huge arm but is accurate and has a quick release. He can succeed in the Packers' offense, a pass-heavy offense. Harrell needs to improve his accuracy, though, and make better decisions under pressure. He doesn't seem to have the makeup to be an NFL starter but looks to be a capable backup.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Harrell has obvious value if Rodgers gets hurt but until that happens, he isn't worth a roster spot.
