Luck didn't throw for as many yards as his rookie season but he didn't turn the ball over as much and won a lot of games once again despite missing his No. 1 receiver nearly the entire season. Luck played well considering the circumstances. He threw for nearly 4,000 yards and had 27 total touchdowns to just nine interceptions. Luck continues to emerge as a top quarterback in the NFL. He is the centerpiece of the offense. Luck is a cerebral quarterback that is accurate and seems to know his limitations even at a young age. Luck doesn't have a huge arm but it is strong enough to make all the throws. He did a much better job of completing the ball downfield.
Luck should see an uptick in production this season, getting his receivers back healthy and being another year older in the offense. We like his chances for a career seasons. He can throw for more than 4,000 yards and score 30-plus touchdowns. He isn't in the elite group of fantasy quarterbacks but just outside that group.

comments about Andrew Luck

Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck completed 21 of his 32 passes for 253 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He also ran eight times for 49 yards. However, he came up 47 yards short of tying the NFL record by New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees for consecutive 300-yard games. Luck's streak ended at eight.
Fantasy Impact: Luck had a down showing for his standards this year. Even with that said, he wasn't terrible by any means for fantasy teams in this one.

Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck tossed four touchdowns and set a franchise record with his seventh straight 300-yard game in a Week 9 win over the New York Giants Monday, Nov. 3. It was the eighth time this year that he's thrown for more than 300 yards and the 17th time in his young career. Luck was 25-for-46 for 354 yards in the contest.
Fantasy Impact: Luck actually wasn't as sharp as he has been in recent weeks but still produced his usual huge numbers. He is having some kind of season.

Luck is coming off a solid Week 1 and has a very favorable matchup in Week 2. Luck plays the Eagles, a team that allowed the ninth most fantasy points to quarterbacks to open the season.
Fantasy Impact: Luck is our No. 1 rated quarterback for Week 2. He is a must start.
Although Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson has $13.7 million in salary cap space available, he does not plan to use all of it so he has room down the road to reward QB Andrew Luck and WR T.Y. Hilton with new deals.

The Indianapolis Colts will be a score-first team, according to offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton. The team will still run the ball, but in order to win games, they may have to let QB Andrew Luck throw the ball more often.
Fantasy Impact: Luck is going to have another big season. He'll get plenty of chances in this offense.

Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck said he thinks Miami Dolphins OT Jonathan Martin would be a good fit for the team, and he supports the idea of the Colts bringing his former teammate at Stanford into the fold. 'I'd say I love Jon, we had a great time at Stanford together, still stay in touch with him regularly and I think he's a great man,' Luck said regarding the input he'd provide, if/when (when) he's asked about Martin.

While the Indianapolis Colts will have more than $30 million to spend, a bunch of big name free agents this offseason are not likely. New contracts for WR T.Y. Hilton and QB Andrew Luck are on the horizon, so much of that cap space will be saved for re-signing current players or cheaper free agents.
