He was extremely accurate and had a strong leg, making him an asset on kickoffs and long-distance kicks. He could have a few growing pains in the pro game but seems ready to be a full-time NFL kicker.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Bullock has obvious potential if he is starting for the Texans. He can get 130 points in this offense. He also has some long-distance potential because of a strong leg.

Houston Texans PK Randy Bullock (groin) said Wednesday, May 15, that he is fully recovered from a groin tear which cost him his rookie season. 'I feel great. I've been cleared. (I'm) working out and doing everything normal. It feels good,' Bullock said.
Fantasy Impact: He should be the starting kicker for the Texans this season.

Houston Texans PK Randy Bullock showed off a strong and accurate leg Wednesday, Aug. 1, connecting on nine of his 11 field goal attempts between 44 and 54 yards. Bullock is battling PK Shayne Graham for the starting job, and it is a battle expected to go well into the preseason.
