Kicker Rank: #11All Players: #271
Bullock missed his rookie season because of a torn muscle in his groin. He suffered the injury before the season. The Texans still like Bullock, though, and will give him every shot to be their No. 1 kicker this season. Bullock had a great college career. He was extremely accurate and had a strong leg, making him an asset on kickoffs and long-distance kicks. He could have a few growing pains in the pro game but seems ready to be a full-time NFL kicker.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Bullock has obvious potential if he is starting for the Texans. He can get 130 points in this offense. He also has some long-distance potential because of a strong leg.
