| | | Green Bay Packers |
OutlookThe Packers are an elite team. They were darn near perfect last year. Green Bay will have a hard time matching that regular season but they'll be among the elite in the league once again. They can challenge for a Super Bowl title. The defense, mainly the secondary, might be the only concern for this squad. If they struggle, the Packers might have a hard time making another trip to the Super Bowl. But if the pass defense makes some strides, the Packers will be scary good once again. |

Jermichael Finley, TE. Finley was supposed to have a huge year last season but drops and inconsistency plagued him. He can learn from that and get better, though. The talent is certainly there for Finley. He can be a stud at tight end, so don't be surprised if he finally has that huge season. Finley is talented enough to carry an offense at times during the year. Expect some big games and good overall numbers in the end, finishing with around 900 yards and double-digit scores. |
|
James Starks, RB. Starks started much of the year and played pretty well in that starting role. But he did fail to rush for 100 yards in any game and didn't even rush for 600 yards for the year. He didn't exactly seize the starting job. He should open the season as starter but we wouldn't be surprised if Alex Green starts stealing time from him. Green seems a little better fit for the offense because of his pass-catching ability. Starks might have a hard time repeating last year, which was just so so anyway. |
