Cleveland Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski said Wednesday, April 17, that he has not had any conversations with free-agent TE Kellen Winslow (Seahawks) about returning, but he didn't discount the notion either. 'Not specifically with him coming back but I've kept in touch with Kellen over time. Obviously, I've known him and been close with him for a long time,' Chudzinski said.

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick said TE Kellen Winslow was released earlier this week due to personal reasons. 'We talked about several different things,' Belichick said. 'At the end of that discussion, I felt that it was best that we release Kellen for personal reasons. So that's what we did.'
Fantasy Impact: Not sure what happened but it doesn't look good for Winslow.

Hernandez is expected to miss at least a month. Winslow's base salary of $3.3 million this year would have only been guaranteed if he was on the roster for Week 1.
Fantasy Impact: Winslow might be worth a flyer if you are looking for a backup tight end.
