Dallas Cowboys WR Miles Austin made changes to his offseason workouts to try and prevent a recurrence of the hamstring injuries that have dogged him in recent years. 'I'm definitely strengthening my hamstrings a lot more than I have been, just doing a different routine, a couple of extra exercises on our leg days,' Austin said. 'I'm just running hard and trying to compete at a high level. That way, it doesn't shock your muscles when you actually do it for real.'
