Britt seemed on his way to a breakout season before getting hurt in Week 3. He tore his ACL and missed the rest of the season. He had back-to-back games with 130-plus yards the first two weeks of the season before getting injured. Britt has two seasons with 700-plus yards but his career high in yardage is 775. He should get the most chances of his career this coming season, though, as long as he is healthy. And his health should be in order with him getting injured so early last season. Britt should be 100 percent for the start of the year. He'll be the No. 1 receiver for the Titans. Britt is a big target that runs good routes and is capable of making a big-play in a hurry because of his top speed. He can take it to another level in a hurry. Britt will struggle with drops at times, but his concentration seems to be improving in this area. The Titans were willing to throw more often last season, which is a good sign for Britt moving forward.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Britt has off-the-field concerns but will produce as long as he stays out of trouble. He is capable of huge things. We consider him a low-end No. 1 for the coming year. His knee shouldn't be an issue. Britt can get 1,000 yards and double-digit scores. He is the real deal.

Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker said WR Kenny Britt looks good at the start of offseason workouts. 'He came back and looked great during workouts,' Locker said. 'It sounds like he really got on his rehab and got his knee feeling a lot better and I'm really excited about how he came back.'
Fantasy Impact: If healthy, Britt could have a nice rebound season. He certainly has the ability to post big numbers.

Tennessee Titans general manager Ruston Webster said the team is hoping that WR Kenny Britt will be able to perform like he did before he suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Webster hopes Britt is past his injuries and off-field issues to be able to have a smooth 2013 season.
Fantasy Impact: Britt is a good buy-low candidate after last season. He has high upside if all is going right for him.

A New Jersey police spokesman said that police still think Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt can provide them with information about a stabbing and shooting that took place last month, and Britt is still declining to do so. 'Mr. Britt has ignored our request for a meeting to discuss additional questions the JCPD has pertaining to the investigation,' police captain Edgar Martinez said. Britt's attorney, Robert Lane, has said that police told him Britt was not a suspect in the stabbing or shooting and that there was no chance of Britt being arrested.

'I can't really speak about it because I have been into trouble off the field myself,' Moss said. Police initially said Britt dropped his brother off at a hospital with a stab wound, and that Britt was in the area of a shooting that took place a few hours later. Britt's spokesman said the person who was stabbed was a close friend of Britt's, not his brother, and that Britt is willing to cooperate in the investigation.
