Miami Dolphins WR Brian Hartline is getting a look at returning punts at organized team activities. Hartline has never returned punts and will compete with RB Marcus Thigpen. "Possibly, but in what situations, I couldn't tell you," Hartline said of potentially returning kicks. "But they [coaching staff] made a point to tell me to go and catch punts every day."
