Armstrong played with the Dolphins early in the season and caught three passes in five games. He caught on with the Cowboys late in the season but didn't get in a game. Armstrong had a big season in 2010 (871 yards) but has fewer than 105 yards each of the last two seasons. He is just fighting for his NFL life right now and will compete for a roster spot. Armstrong isn't a big receiver, but has plus speed and does a great job of stretching the field. He is a big-play threat. His route running still needs work, which cuts down on his playing time.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Armstrong has failed to capitalize on his one big season. He is still young enough to turn it around but needs to start doing something on the field before you can use a roster spot on him. Expect a season with a few hundred yards and maybe a touchdown or two.
