Shipley signed with the Jaguars later in the season and played pretty well for the team late in the year, doing well in a No. 3 receiver role. He had 23 receptions for 244 yards the last six games of the season, including 50-plus yards each of the last two games. At this point, he is the favorite for the No. 3 receiver spot for the Jaguars this season. Shipley is a good fit for the No. 3 receiver role. He is a good route runner, has plus hands and gets off the line well because of his size. He doesn't have great speed, though, which could holds him back some. Shipley also has battled injury to start his career, which is another concern.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Shipley could be a help in PPR formats this season. He has some upside in a passing game that should be improved from last season. He could get around 50 receptions for 600 yards with a few scores.
