Moore has plus speed and does well in stretching the field. Moore has just an average build, though, and his lack of strength could be holding him back.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Moore probably had his best chance of playing time last season and didn't take advantage. We don't see him taking a step forward in an offense that has plenty of better options at receiver.
