Notes
Baltimore Ravens QB Tyrod Taylor could see a larger role in the Ravens' offense this year. The Ravens used him at wide receiver last year at times and could be looking to use more of him in different roles this season. 'No matter what, we are going to try to find ways to get him on the field anyway he can because he is such a good athlete,' head coach John Harbaugh said Tuesday, Aug. 7.

Baltimore Ravens QB Curtis Painter is challenging QB Tyrod Taylor for the team's No. 2 quarterback duties during training camp. Taylor is a dual-threat option at quarterback, able to make plays with his legs, while Painter is more of a pocket passer. Painter has had bouts of erratic play and thrown plenty of interceptions. Thus far, Painter has not made a strong case for the team to carry three quarterbacks into the regular season.
