New York Jets WR Stephen Hill struggled with drops during practice Wednesday, June 12, at minicamp. He dropped a pass in the end zone in a 7-on-7 drill, and had another blatant drop during a team drill. WR Santonio Holmes, who is mentoring the second-year receiver, expressed frustration about Hill in a news conference.
New York Jets WR Stephen Hill (knee) said he has been limited during organized team activities because of swelling and fluid in his knee. He said he could play if it were the regular season. Head coach Rex Ryan said he expects Hill to participate next week.
