The Minnesota Vikings have informed FB Rhett Ellison he'll be the starting fullback if FB Jerome Felton departs via free agency.
Minnesota Vikings TE Rhett Ellison caught seven passes for 65 yards in 2012, and spent a lot of time on special teams coverage units. He is viewed as a hard-nosed and highly competitive player who should only see his role continue to grow, especially if TE John Carlson (knee) is not back.
