McNutt played in a handful of games his rookie season but didn't get a reception. He was inactive most weeks. McNutt is a big receiver that uses his size and strength well. McNutt has strong hands, catching almost everything thrown his way. He remains a bit raw as a route runner, though, and will need to improve in a hurry to get playing time.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

McNutt isn't a guy to draft but might be waiver-wire material before to season is out. If he starts getting consistent work, he could help as a reserve for fantasy teams. But for now, expect around 20 receptions for 250 yards with a score or two.

'We're excited about the guys on our roster,' general manager Howie Roseman said Saturday, July 28.
