Who should I start? I have Steve Slaton and Marshawn Lynch to fill my second spot. Slaton as you know is sitting the bench and Lynch is not been a factor since he came back. I'm looking for a back-up to play if needed.

Rondy

Rondy: I probably go with Lynch. He hasn't been doing much but is getting most of the carries and I could see the Bills putting an emphasis on establishing the run. I just don't know what to think about Slaton at this point. He is working on his fumbling issues, but I still think they will use a committee approach going forward. I think Lynch is the safer play, getting most of the work in a favorable matchup against the Jags (22nd against the run).

Do you think that Dick Jauron's firing will impact Buffalo's fantasy players' performances and, if so, in what way?

Brian

Brian: Well, I don't think it is going to hurt them. They can't play much worse offensively. If anything, I think I might give a little bit of a spark. I think you could see Terrell Owens get a little more involved in the offense going forward. Overall, I don't see a huge change, especially since Trent Edwards doesn't seem to be the answer at quarterback.

Would you start, Joseph Addai or Chris Wells?

Rod

Rod: That is a tough call. Wells has a much better matchup. I still think at this time of year, though, I would go with Addai. He has been consistent all year and I think he is the safer play. Wells is going well (so to speak), but he doesn't get the same amount of touches as Addai, who is utilized often in the passing game. I have no problem if you want to give Wells a shot, but for me, I give Addai the slight edge.

Who should I target on waivers? Justin Forsett or Jason Snelling?

Jim

Jim: I like Snelling a little better. The Falcons have a much better running attack, so I think Snelling is setup for more success. Forsett is a talented back with big-play ability but the Seahawks have struggled to run effectively much of the season. I think Snelling is the better pickup this week because he is in the better system to succeed.

Greg Jennings disappoints again - time to pull the plug I think and start Mike Sims-Walker regardless. Thoughts?

Phil

Phil: Yeah, I think I would go with Sims-Walker over Jennings at this point. Sims-Walker is starting to prove he is about matchup proof. He didn't have a great game against Revis last week, but still found the end zone, which is all that matters. Jennings has been a lot more inconsistent. Jennings has a better matchup again this week, but I still go with Sims-Walker because of his consistent play this season.
