I think they'll make you cut. You can't even use the IL to get over 25 yet.

I am willing to consider trade offers but at this time I am not willing to bring in more guys than I am moving.  I have to cutdown my roster so I'm not looking to aquire more.  I'm probably not the only one with this mindset at this time.
