You are required to reduce your roster to 25 by February 14. Then in March there is a 15 round draft to bring your roster back up to 40 players.

Question. Do rosters have to be cut to 25 players or is that an option? Is this like dynasty football or or is this more of a keeper league with 25 keepers?
