Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded his third triple-double of the season with 42 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists as the Milwaukee Bucks extended their winning streak to six games, beating the visiting Washington Wizards 124-114 on Saturday night.
Damian Lillard had 25 points and 10 assists, Brook Lopez scored 18 points, AJ Green added 13 off the bench and Taurean Prince had 11 for Milwaukee, which won for the eighth time in its past nine games.
Antetokounmpo registered his first career 40-point triple-double and went 15-for-24 from the field.
Washington lost its 14th straight game and is two setbacks away from matching its franchise-record losing streak of 16. The Wizards were 9-for-32 (28.1 percent) from 3-point range.
Jordan Poole led Washington with 31 points. Former Bucks point guard Malcolm Brogdon tallied season highs of 29 points and 11 rebounds, and Jonas Valanciunas and Corey Kispert had 16 points apiece.
Suns 113, Warriors 105
Devin Booker and Tyus Jones stole the spotlight from a Kevin Durant-Stephen Curry showdown with a combined 46 points and 18 assists and Phoenix held off visiting Golden State.
Durant shot just 7-for-20 but still managed 21 points and added 10 rebounds for Phoenix, which won for just the second time in its last eight games. The Suns went 14 of 21 on 3-pointers in the half.
Curry went 8-for-21 overall and 3-for-10 from deep for 23 points for Golden State, which dropped its fourth straight. Andrew Wiggins added 18 points for the Warriors, who made only 14 of their 40 shots from distance.
Hawks 107, Hornets 104
De'Andre Hunter scored on back-to-back possessions during a 10-second span in the final minute and Jalen Johnson racked up 20 points to lift Atlanta over host Charlotte.
Hunter finished with 18 points, Onyeka Okongwu posted 16 points and 11 rebounds and Zaccharie Risacher and Trae Young each supplied 14 points as Atlanta won its third game in a row. Charlotte's Brandon Miller went 10-for-30 from the field on the way to 32 points.
Miller drained a 3-pointer to get the Hornets within 103-102 at the 14.6-second mark. Hunter countered with two free throws before a Charlotte timeout. Miller missed on a trey, then Okongwu made two foul shots to seal the victory.
76ers 111, Pistons 96
Tyrese Maxey had 28 points and six assists as visiting Philadelphia rolled past Detroit.
KJ Martin supplied 19 points, six rebounds and three blocked shots, while Ricky Council IV had 17 points. Kelly Oubre Jr. added 14 points and six rebounds. Paul George, who had missed the Sixers' previous three games with a left knee bone bruise, chipped in 11 points, eight rebounds and five assists.
Malik Beasley led the Pistons with 19 points, six rebounds and four assists, while Jaden Ivey tossed in 15 points. Marcus Sasser and Wendell Moore Jr. added 12 and 11 points off the bench, respectively.
Mavericks 106, Jazz 94
Kyrie Irving scored 30 points to lead Dallas to a wire-to-wire win over Utah in Salt Lake City.
The Mavericks improved to 5-1 without injured star Luka Doncic, who traveled with the team but didn't play because of a wrist injury. Quentin Grimes scored 24 points while P.J. Washington (16 points, 11 rebounds) and Daniel Gafford (14 points, 11 boards) each tallied a double-double in Dallas' third straight victory.
Lauri Markkanen, who missed the Jazz's previous game for the birth of a child, scored 19 points on 7-of-20 shooting to pace Utah. The Jazz shot just 35.8 percent from the field while losing for a third consecutive game and for the seventh time in eight games.
Milwaukee Bucks' F Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded a triple-double, finishing with 42 points, 11 assists and 12 rebounds in a 124-114 win over the Wizards on Saturday, Nov. 30.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (knee) was listed as questionable heading into Saturday night's contest against the Phoenix Suns but it looks like he will take the court. Head coach Steve Kerr expected Curry and Andrew Wiggins (ankle) to both play but was waiting for them to warm up before making an official decision. They have both successfully gone through warmups and will play. Fantasy managers waiting for the update can continue to start Curry as usual.
Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (ankle) was expected to play according to head coach Steve Kerr, but they needed to let him go through a warm-up first. After his warm-up routine was closely monitored by the team, he was cleared to play against the Phoenix Suns on Saturday. Stephen Curry (knee) was also upgraded from questionable to available, so the only rotational player ruled out remains De'Anthony Melton. Wiggins will likely remain in the starting five and can be started as usual in any fantasy format.
Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic (wrist) was already listed as doubtful for Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz and it has been confirmed that he won't be playing. The perennial MVP candidate was wearing street clothes ahead of the game while Jason Kidd said that he won't suit up. This will be his fifth consecutive missed game with the same wrist injury. Spencer Dinwiddie should see added minutes off of the bench while Quentin Grimes gets some extra run as well.
Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II (Adductor) has officially been listed as available for the team's Saturday night matchup against the Phoenix Suns. So far, the 31-year-old has enjoyed a healthy season as he's appeared in every game. With De'Anthony Melton out and Stephen Curry (knee) questionable, Payton may need to play some added minutes. If Curry does suit up, however, Payton hasn't played enough to be fantasy-relevant in any format.
Philadelphia 76ers center Andre Drummond (ankle) went up for a rebound in the first quarter and landed on the foot of Tobias Harris. He was then helped off the court and couldn't put any weight down on his foot. The team has reported that he suffered a sprained ankle and will not return to Saturday's game. Guerschon Yabusele will probably see some more minutes at center while Adem Bona should see a sizeable uptick in playing time.
Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga (illness) has been upgraded from probable to available as the illness he's dealing with doesn't seem severe enough to keep him off of the court. Stephen Curry (knee) and Andrew Wiggins (ankle) are still considered questionable, so he could be in for a minute-heavy night if either one of them can't play.
Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (calf) has been ruled out for Saturday's big game against Golden State. On Friday, Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer considered Beal probable for the contest, but he landed on the injury report with a questionable designation and has now been downgraded to out. Ryan Dunn will likely move back to the starting lineup on Saturday, with Royce O'Neale and Grayson Allen getting extra usage in the rotation. Meanwhile, the offense will rely heavily on Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.
Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) will come out of the lineup on Saturday against Golden State. The big Bosnian is dealing with a quadriceps injury and will be sidelined for the third time this season. Nurkic's absence opens the door for Mason Plumlee to log another start. He's been averaging nearly a double-double as a member of the first unit this season. Oso Ighodaro might also get extra usage, but he's been plagued by inconsistency during his rookie campaign.
New Orleans Pelicans forward Herbert Jones (shoulder) has been trending in the right direction but he's not quite ready to appear in a game. While he's taken part in some of the non-contact parts of practice, his shoulder hasn't been cleared to give it a full go. The team has ruled him out for Sunday against the New York Knicks, but a return could finally be closing in. While he remains sidelined along with Brandon Ingram (calf) and Jordan Hawkins (back), Javonte Green and Brandon Boston Jr. should keep getting some added minutes.
Oklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Alex Caruso (hip) will remain on the shelf for a fourth consecutive game on Sunday versus Houston. The veteran continues to struggle with a hip injury. It's been a frustrating campaign for Caruso with his new team, as he has been limited to 13 outings. Averaging 19.7 minutes per contest, he has averaged 5.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.8 steals. Cason Wallace gets extra usage with Caruso out, but his productivity has been inconsistent.
Memphis Grizzlies center Zach Edey (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against Indiana. The rookie big man will be absent for a seventh straight contest due to an ankle sprain. Before going down, Edey started the season well, averaging 11.1 points and 6.9 rebounds in 20.1 minutes. Brandon Clarke has been starting during his absence, posting numbers similar to Edey's. Across the past six games, Clark has notched 9.3 points and 7.1 boards. Indiana owns one of the lowest rebounding rates in the league, giving Clark a chance to have more success on the glass.
New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (calf) has already been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Knicks which will be his fourth consecutive game on the sidelines. Ingram is dealing with tendonitis in his calf, so it seems this is an injury based on pain threshold. Since Jordan Hawkins (back) and Herbert Jones (shoulder) are both out as well, Trey Murphy III, Javonte Green, and Brandon Boston Jr. should all get more playing time.
Indiana Pacers guard Ben Sheppard (oblique) has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. This will mark his eighth consecutive missed game with a strained oblique. If Andrew Nembhard (questionable - knee) can suit up, he'll soak up some of the available minutes. Bennedict Mathurin and T.J. McConnell have been getting the added opportunities in the meantime.
Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) will suit up against Washington on Saturday. Per Eric Nehm of The Athletic, Bucks head coach Doc Rivers has announced Antetokounmpo is "good" for the game after the team initially listed him as probable on the injury report. He'll be back in action after missing one game with a knee issue. Antetokounmpo is set to feast against the Wizards, who give up the most fantasy points in the league to opposing power forwards. The Greek superstar averaged a 36-point double-double in the matchup a season ago.
Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (hip) will miss Saturday's game against Philadelphia as a late scratch. The Pistons star returned from a three-game absence on Friday versus Indiana with a strong double-double performance and was expected to play against the 76ers, but he heads back to the shelf. Malik Beasley will jump back into the starting lineup. The veteran has averaged 19.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in six starts this season.
Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (knee) hasn't appeared in a game since November 6 as he's been nursing a left knee issue. The team has officially listed him as questionable to return from his 12-game absence when they take on the Memphis Grizzlies. Since Ben Sheppard (oblique) has also been out, Bennedict Mathurin and T.J. McConnell have been getting tons of minutes. Johnny Furphy has seen some run as well, but not enough to be a reliable streaming option.
Philadelphia 76ers guard Reggie Jackson (knee) will sit out Saturday's game against Detroit. The veteran is dealing with knee soreness, exiting the lineup after playing in each of the past four games. Jackson has been limited to 12.6 minutes in nine appearances for the 76ers this season, averaging 4.4 points and 2.1 assists. His primary value these days comes from his experience and veteran presence. Eric Gordon and Ricky Council IV might see more action without Jackson, but they aren't good fantasy options.
Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Paul George (knee) will return from a three-game absence on Saturday against Detroit. The nine-time All-Star has shaken off a questionable tag ahead of tip-off. George adds much-needed quality to the 3-14 Sixers, who have struggled to kick into gear. So far this season, George has been limited to eight appearances with his new squad, averaging 14.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 2.3 steals in 28.9 minutes. With Joel Embiid (knee, personal) on the shelf, George will be expected to lead the 76ers offense with Tyrese Maxey. George's return pushes Jared McCain to the bench.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Caleb Martin (back) will not return to the lineup on Saturday against Detroit. He misses a second straight game after initially being listed as questionable for the matchup. Ricky Council IV got extra burn without Martin on Wednesday versus Houston and produced a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double. However, this came with a number of other absentees, and Philadelphia might get some help on Saturday with the return of Paul George (knee). Martin's next chance to return will come against his twin brother Cody and the Hornets on Tuesday night.
