Official Rules


1. INTRODUCTION: SeatGeek Inc. (“Sponsor”) is offering an Arizona Cardinals schedule predictor promotion (“Promotion”). This Promotion is administered by Game Night Sports Inc. & RealTime Fantasy Sports (the “Administrator”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be an Arizona resident 18 years of age or older. Employees of Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC (“Cardinals”) and the National Football League, Sponsor, Administrator and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.

To enter, you must: www.azcardinals.com/schedulepredictor2023 and correctly predict the 2023 Arizona Cardinals Schedule to be eligible to win. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the cutoff deadline. Limit one entry per person. Enter only using an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account on the same day, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider. No responsibility is assumed by the Administrator, Cardinals or Sponsor for any computer, on-line, telephone, human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: Mail-In Entry: Entrants may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x 5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) with his/her Promotion entry and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC Attention: Schedule Predictor Promotion, PO Box 888, Phoenix, AZ 85001. Each correct entry, regardless of the submission method, will have an equal chance of winning. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2023 and received by May 5, 2023.

3. TIMING PERIOD: Promotion begins at 8:00:00 a.m. MST on March 20, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on April 30th, 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the April 30, 2023 deadline, the NFL schedule will not be finalized until early to mid-May 2023.

4. PRIZES/ODDS: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible, correct entries received. At the conclusion of the Timing Period and when the 2023 NFL schedule is revealed, the entrant who accurately guesses the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks of the Arizona Cardinals 2023 NFL schedule, as set by the NFL, will be the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event there are multiple entrants who accurately guess the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks of the Arizona Cardinals 2023 schedule, then a random drawing will be conducted from among all of those eligible entries to select a winner of the Grand Prize for this Promotion.

In the event that there are no entrants who accurately guess the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks, then the entrant who accurately guesses the opponents (including the Bye week) for the highest number of correct weeks of the Arizona Cardinals 2023 schedule will be considered the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event there are multiple entrants who accurately guess the opponents (including the Bye week) for the highest number of correct weeks of the Arizona Cardinals 2023 schedule, then a random drawing will be conducted from among all of those eligible entries to select a winner of the Grand Prize for this Promotion.

In the event that no entrant accurately guesses any opponent for any week (including the Bye week) of the 2023 Arizona Cardinals schedule, then a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries to select the winner of the Grand Prize.

The winner will be notified by telephone. Winner must respond to such notification within 24 hours after notification or an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No assignment, transfer or substitution of Prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Winner may not request Prize substitution. Prize may not be claimed or used by any other person other than the winner. Prize does not include transportation, or any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Federal, state, and local taxes on Prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of Prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. ARV is as of the time the rules were printed and the value of a Prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.

Prize: Four (4) Arizona Cardinals 2023 season tickets, limited solely to home games (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is Five Thousand One Hundred US Dollars ($5,100 USD).

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner may be required to execute and return affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases, except where prohibited by law, within five (5) days following the date of attempted notification. Winner must be an Arizona resident 18 years of age or older and may be required to complete, sign and return a liability release within the same period. Non-compliance within these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All entrants grant to Cardinals and Sponsor, and their licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the entrant’s name, e-mail address, mailing address and other information collected on the Promotion registration form as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by the Cardinals and Sponsor. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Administrator, Cardinals and Sponsor, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion-related activity, or participation in this Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all NFL rules, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Administrator and/or Sponsor will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

6. DISPUTES: This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions, which might indicate the applicability of any other state’s laws. Any and all controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Phoenix, Arizona, by filing a claim in accordance with the then effective Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered pursuant to such arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

7. NFL ENTITIES: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including the Cardinals), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.

8. WINNERS LIST: The name of the prize winner may be obtained after May 22, 2023, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by May 26, 2023, to Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC Attention: Schedule Predictor Promotion, PO Box 888, Phoenix, AZ 85001.
