1. INTRODUCTION: The Arizona Ford Dealers (“Sponsor”) are offering a Cardinals Draft Predictor promotion (the “Promotion”). This Promotion is administered by Game Night Sports Inc. & RealTime Fantasy Sports (the “Administrator”) on behalf of Sponsor. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be an Arizona resident 18 years of age or older. Employees of Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC (“Cardinals”), the National Football League, Sponsor, Administrator and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employee, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.
To enter, you must: visit www.azcardinals.com/cardinalsdraftpredictor2024 and correctly rank the order from first to last in which listed players from each of three (3) different position groups (QB, WR, Defense) will be selected in the 2024 NFL Draft. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the cutoff deadline. Limit one entry per person. Enter only using an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account on the same day, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider. No responsibility is assumed by Administrator, Sponsor or the Cardinals for any computer, on-line, telephone, human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: Mail-In Entry: Entrants may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x 5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) with his/her Promotion entry and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Arizona Cardinals Football Club Attention: Draft Predictor Promotion, PO Box 888, Phoenix, AZ 85001. Each correct entry, regardless of the submission method, will have an equal chance of winning.
3. TIMING PERIOD: Promotion begins at 8:00:00 a.m. MST on April 1, 2024 and ends at 4:59:59 p.m. MST on April 25, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than April 19, 2024 and received by April 24, 2024.
4. PRIZES/ODDS: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible, correct entries received. At the conclusion of the Timing Period and when the 2024 NFL Draft is completed, the entrant who correctly ranks the order of selection from first to last of listed players from each of three (3) different position groups (QB, WR, Defense) in the 2024 NFL draft will be the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event there are multiple entrants who correctly rank the order of players at each position (as described above), a random drawing will be conducted from among all of those eligible entries to select a winner of the Grand Prize for this Promotion.
In the event that there are no entrants who correctly rank the order of players at each position (as described above), then the entrant who correctly ranks the most players in order at each of the designated positions will be considered the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event there are multiple entrants who correctly rank the order of prospects players at each position (as described above), then a random drawing will be conducted from among all of those eligible entries to select a winner of the Grand Prize for this Promotion.
In the event that no entrant correctly ranks the order of players at each position (as described above), then a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries to select the winner of the Grand Prize.
The winner will be notified by telephone. Winner must respond to such notification within 48 hours after notification or an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No assignment, transfer or substitution of Prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Winner may not request Prize substitution. Prize may not be claimed or used by any other person other than the winner. Prize does not include transportation, or any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Federal, state, and local taxes on Prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of Prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. ARV is as of the time the rules were printed and the value of a Prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.
Prize: jersey of the Cardinals First Draft Pick in the 2024 NFL Draft and four (4) tickets to the Cardinals regular season home opener (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is Five Hundred Fifty US Dollars ($550 USD).
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner may be required to execute and return affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases, except where prohibited by law, within five (5) days following the date of attempted notification. Winner must be an Arizona resident 18 years of age or older and may be required to complete, sign and return a liability release within the same period. Non-compliance within these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All entrants grant to Administrator, Cardinals and Sponsor, and their licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the entrant's name, e-mail address, mailing address and other information collected on the Promotion registration form as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Administrator, Cardinals and/or Sponsor. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Administrator, Cardinals and Sponsor, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion-related activity, or participation in this Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all NFL rules, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Administrator will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
6. DISPUTES: This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions, which might indicate the applicability of any other state’s laws. Any and all controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Phoenix, Arizona, by filing a claim in accordance with the then effective Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered pursuant to such arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
7. NFL ENTITIES: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including the Arizona Cardinals), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
8. WINNERS LIST: The name of the prize winner may be obtained after May 15, 2024, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2024, to Arizona Cardinals Football Club, Attention: Draft Predictor Promotion, PO Box 888, Phoenix, AZ 85001.
