Official Rules

1. INTRODUCTION: Pro Silver Star, Ltd. (“Cowboys”) and SeatGeek Inc. (“Sponsor”) are offering a sweepstakes promotion (“Sweepstakes”). This Sweepstakes is administered by Game Night Sports Inc. & RealTime Fantasy Sports (the "Contest Administrator") on behalf of the Cowboys and is not affiliated, endorsed or otherwise associated with any other professional football organization. These official rules (“Official Rules”) shall govern the terms of the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, entrant (“Entrant”) must be (i) residents of Texas or Oklahoma and (ii) 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Cowboys and the National Football League (“NFL”), Sponsor, Contest Administrator and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors, individual retail licensees as well as immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all persons with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
3. METHODS OF ENTRY: TTo enter, you must: visit www.dallascowboys.com/fans/seatgeek/2023/schedule-predictor/ and correctly predict the 2023 Cowboys Schedule to be eligible to win. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the cutoff deadline. Limit one entry per person. Enter only using an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of multiple entries submitted under the same e-mail account, only the first such submitted entry will be deemed eligible. The eligible Entrant for each subscribed email account is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned such e-mail address by an Internet access provider. No responsibility is assumed by Cowboys, Contest Administrator or Sponsor for malfunctions or technical errors whether arising from any computer, on-line, telephone, or human error. All entries become the property of Cowboys and will not be returned. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Cowboys, Contest Administrator and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant expressly acknowledges and consents to receiving future promotional offers, and to the use of Entrant’s name for advertising, publicity or any other purposes whatsoever, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, without compensation and with or without attribution to Entrant, as Sponsor elects.
ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: Mail-In Entry: Entrants may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Cowboys Schedule Predictor Sweepstakes, Attention: Corporate Partnerships – Seat Geek Marketing Representative, One Cowboys Way, Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034. Each correct entry, regardless of the submission method, will have an equal chance of winning. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2023 and received by May 5, 2023.
4. TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 8:00:00 a.m. CDT on April 4, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on April 30, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Notwithstanding the April 30, 2023 deadline, the NFL schedule will not be finalized until early to mid-May 2023.
5. PRIZES/ODDS/NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible, correct entries received. One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from all Entrants who have correctly identified the Cowboys 2023 football game schedule (the “Winner”) and will receive the Prize described below. Winner will be randomly selected on or around May 18, 2023 from all correct entries received. In the event that there are no Entrants who accurately guess the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks, then Winner will be randomly selected from all Entrants who accurately guess the opponents (including the Bye week) for the highest number of correct weeks of the Cowboys 2023 schedule. If no Entrants accurately guess the opponents, then a Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received. Such Winner will be notified by telephone or email. Winner must respond to such notification within twenty-four (24) hours after notification or an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No assignment, transfer or substitution of Prize is permitted by the Winner, Cowboys reserve the right to award a substitute a Prize. Winner may not request Prize substitution. Prize may not be claimed or used by any other person other than the Winner. The Prize does not include transportation, or any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Federal, state, and local taxes on Prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of Prize not specified herein are the responsibility of Winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is as of the time the rules were printed and the value of a Prize may fluctuate. The Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.
Except as otherwise contemplated above, the Winner shall be awarded four (4) Dallas Cowboys 2023 season tickets, limited solely to home games (the “Prize”). ARV of the Prize is Five Thousand Two Hundred US Dollars ($5,200 USD).
Winner may be required to execute and return affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases, except where prohibited by law, within five (5) days following the date of attempted notification. Winner may be required to complete, sign and return a liability release within the same period. Non-compliance with the requirements herein may result in disqualification and subsequent selection of an alternate Winner. Return of any Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the subsequent selection of an alternate Winner. All Entrants grant to Cowboys and Sponsor, and each of their licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the Entrant's name and likeness, and other information collected on the Sweepstakes registration form as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by the Cowboys.
6. DISCLAIMER: Each Entrant in this Sweepstakes agrees to release and hold harmless the Cowboys, Sponsor, Contest Administrator, NFL Entities (as defined below), Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, including but not limited to (i) mechanical errors and other errors; (ii) inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, late, lost, misdirected Entries; (iii) any delays in the delivery of Prize; (iv) bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the Prize(s), or participation in Prize-related activities. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by these Official Rules, all Sponsor-related terms and conditions, as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Entrant further agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules. . This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all NFL rules, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Cowboys and Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to revoke the Prize and/or disqualify any individual they deem, in their sole discretion, as (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or (ii) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, endanger, or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar means of entry into the Sweepstakes will void all such entries. Sponsor and Cowboys will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
7. APPLICABLE LAW: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. As a condition to participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Texas. The Parties hereby waive any and all right to a trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
8. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or NFL Entities. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God including earthquake, fire, pandemic, epidemic, hurricane or other natural condition, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part without notice. Income and other taxes or tariffs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Other restrictions may apply. Cowboys and Sponsor reserve all rights not explicitly provided herein..
9. NFL ENTITIES: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
10. WINNERS LIST: The name of the Winner of the Prize may be obtained after May 22, 2023, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by May 26, 2023, to Dallas Cowboys, Cowboys Schedule Predictor Sweepstakes, Attention Corporate Partnerships – Seat Geek Marketing Representative, One Cowboys Way, Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034.

By participating in the Sweepstakes Entrants hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy statement of the Cowboys.
