Tua Tagovailoa Sep 29 11:50pm ET
    Tua Tagovailoa

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (neck, head) is expected to be discharged from the hospital on Thursday night. The 24-year-old was stretchered off the field after a scary play during Thursday's contest against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was taken to a nearby hospital to be further evaluated. The NFLPA is currently investigating the handling of Tagovailoa during last week's contest when the young quarterback when down with a possible concussion. It sounds like Tagovailoa could play in Week 5, but he has a long road ahead of him to get cleared for that contest. In the meantime, Teddy Bridgewater is expected to remain the quarterback until further notice.

Joe Burrow Sep 29 11:50pm ET
    Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 287 yards and two touchdowns off 20-for-31 passing during the win over Miami on Thursday. The offensive line did its job in Week 4, limiting the Dolphins defense to one sack. With that said, Burrow and company will head to Baltimore for a Sunday Night Football meeting with the Ravens. The signal-caller got off to a slow start to the 2022-23 campaign. However, based on his play in the last two games, fantasy managers should keep him starting.

    From RotoBaller

Russell Wilson Sep 29 11:50pm ET
    Russell Wilson

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson threw for 340 yards and a touchdown in the season opener against his former team, but he's gone backwards in the two games since and finished with under 200 yards passing in last week's 11-10 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Denver's offense just hasn't been able to get into a rhythm, and Wilson has looked far from the nine-time Pro Bowler that he is. The 33-year-old will have a shot to bounce back in Week 4 on the road against the Las Vegas Raiders, though. The Raiders D has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to QBs through three games, including 267 passing yards per game, the seventh-most in the NFL. Many fantasy managers might be benching Wilson after his first three games, but he'll have low-end QB1 appeal in this week's matchup against the division rivals.

    From RotoBaller

Josh Allen Sep 29 11:40pm ET
    Josh Allen

The Ravens defense has been a top-10 unit this season. With that said, things haven't been perfect, as Baltimore has allowed nearly 26 points per game, one of the worst marks in the NFL. The squad has the misfortune of trying to slow down Josh Allen and the Bills on Sunday. It's no secret that Allen is a top signal-caller and is capable of putting up points in a hurry. Considering the Ravens defense has struggled against opposing wideouts, surrendering over 1,000 receiving yards throughout the first three weeks, fantasy managers should consider alternative options in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Rashod Bateman Sep 29 11:10pm ET
    Rashod Bateman

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has had a fantastic start to the 2022-23 campaign. He's caught only eight catches. Yet, he's accumulated 226 yards and two touchdowns while amassing an impressive 28.3 yards per catch. Although the Bills defense poses a challenge in Week 4, Bateman's ability to make big plays down the field always keeps him in play for fantasy managers. However, his lack of volume negatively impacts him in PPR formats to some degree.

    From RotoBaller

Darren Waller Sep 29 11:00pm ET
    Darren Waller

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller could see an uptick in targets in Week 4 against the Denver Broncos if wide receiver Hunter Renfrow (concussion) is ruled out. Renfrow has yet to practice this week and is trending in the wrong direction towards suiting up. Waller has caught 13 of 19 targets for 151 yards and a touchdown over three games in 2022. Denver has been stout this season on the defensive side of the ball but has struggled against opposing tight ends. The Broncos' DST ranks 20th in DVOA against the tight end and has allowed the eighth most points to the position. Waller has a plus matchup and is a top-five option at tight end in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Jalen Hurts Sep 29 11:00pm ET
    Jalen Hurts

The defense of the Jacksonville Jaguars is likely worth benching ahead of their matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4. The Jaguars have looked much better on the offensive side of the ball to begin the season, but their defense has also looked like an up-and-coming unit in the first three weeks. On the defensive side of the ball, Jacksonville owns the No. 1 ranked defense in rush DVOA and the No. 7 ranked defense in pass DVOA. Despite the success the Jaguars have had on defense thus far, the offense of the Eagles has been tough to stop with Jalen Hurts leading the charge at quarterback. If you have the luxury of stashing the defense of the Jaguars, grab them for future weeks, but they're probably best benching in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Mark Andrews Sep 29 11:00pm ET
    Mark Andrews

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews has had a fantastic season. He's currently the top tight end in the league, accumulating 22 of his 31 targets for 245 yards and three touchdowns throughout the first three weeks of the 2022-23 campaign. The 27-year-old remains Lamar Jackson's favorite target, so he should continue to be heavily involved against a potent, yet hobbled, Bills defense in Week 4. Keep him starting in all formats.

    From RotoBaller

Evan Engram Sep 29 10:50pm ET
    Evan Engram

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram should only be considered in deeper leagues in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles. After the former first-round pick hauled in seven passes for 46 yards in Week 2, he managed to record only one reception for nine yards in Week 3 despite the Jaguars scoring 38 points. With Christian Kirk, James Robinson, and Zay Jones excelling to begin the season, Engram's value in fantasy football will likely depend on his matchup each week. The veteran tight end faces a defense of the Eagles that has limited tight ends to 13 receptions, 107 yards, and one touchdown this season, making the 28-year-old wide receiver a risky play in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Derek Carr Sep 29 10:50pm ET
    Derek Carr

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr will look to lead the team to the first win of the season when they host the Denver Broncos in Week 4. The 31-year-old has had modest results this season, completing 73-of-120 attempts for 850 yards and a 6:4 TD: INT ratio over three games. Denver has been tough against opposing quarterbacks this season, allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game and ranking 10th in DVOA against the position. Despite the tough matchup, Carr is a high-end QB2 and is mainly a starting option in 14-team plus and superflex league formats.

    From RotoBaller

Riley Patterson Sep 29 10:50pm ET
    Riley Patterson

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Riley Patterson could be an underrated kicker option in Week 4 versus the Philadelphia Eagles. The second-year kicker has been solid for the Jaguars to begin the season, converting seven of his first eight field-goal attempts. The Memphis product has made three or more field goals in two games this season and Jacksonville's offense has put him in a position to score a decent number of points each week. The Eagles boast a formidable defense, which means that the Jaguars could have to settle for more field goals on Sunday, making Patterson a kicker to consider in deeper leagues in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

    J.K. Dobbins Sep 29 10:50pm ET
    J.K. Dobbins

Baltimore Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins (chest) was limited during Wednesday's practice. However, he was available for a full session on Thursday, so it appears he'll be good to go on Sunday against the Bills. After suffering a knee injury last preseason, the former Buckeye suited up for the first time in over a year versus the Pats in Week 3. He logged 26 snaps in that one, finishing with 40 yards off of nine carries. While the 23-year-old seems to be trending in a positive direction, he isn't expected to see a full workload in Week 4, limiting his fantasy potential. All things considered, Dobbins should be classified as a risky flex option, nothing more.

    From RotoBaller

Xavien Howard Sep 29 10:50pm ET
    Xavien Howard

Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard (groin) suffered a groin injury in Thursday's Week 4 game against the Cincinnati Bengals and is questionable to return. Before leaving the contest, Howard had two tackles (one solo). Miami's aggressive defense has done a pretty good job of containing Cincinnati's explosive passing attack through three quarters on Thursday night, but potentially losing Howard for the rest of the contest could make things difficult for Miami's secondary to close out the game. The 29-year-old was on the weekly injury report with a groin injury leading up to Thursday's game, so he obviously aggravated the injury in this one.

    From RotoBaller

Zay Jones Sep 29 10:40pm ET
    Zay Jones

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones could see a decrease in his production in Week 4 versus the Philadelphia Eagles. The veteran wideout exploded for 10 receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Chargers. The former second-round pick now has only three fewer targets than Christian Kirk this season, though, he'll likely see a lot of Darius Slay in coverage this week. If the Jaguars are playing from behind in this game, Jones might still be able to put together a solid performance on the road. That being said, there are likely better options than the East Carolina product in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Lamar Jackson Sep 29 10:40pm ET
    Lamar Jackson

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson remains a must-start heading into the matchup against the visiting Buffalo Bills. The 2019 MVP award winner is working his way toward another. He's done it all this season, accounting for 12 of the Ravens' touchdowns while throwing for 749 yards and rushing for 243 yards. The Bills defense is normally a formidable unit. However, considering the team has been plagued by injuries on that side of the ball only adds to Jackson's appeal in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Christian Kirk Sep 29 10:30pm ET
    Christian Kirk

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk is in must-start territory entering Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles. The former second-round pick out of Texas A&M has immediately built a nice rapport with Trevor Lawrence as he's caught 18 passes for 267 yards and three touchdowns on a team-high 27 targets through the first three weeks. Kirk has run the majority of his routes out of the slot, so he should benefit from not seeing Darius Slay or James Bradberry in coverage for most of the game. Despite the Eagles having a talented secondary, the 25-year-old wide receiver should be started in all formats given his role on the Jaguars.

    From RotoBaller

Russell Gage Sep 29 10:30pm ET
    Russell Gage

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receivers Russell Gage (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee) were limited participants in Thursday's practice. For the second straight day, both Gage and Jones were limited. Tampa Bay's receiving core could be back at full strength this week as Mike Evans (suspension), Chris Godwin (hamstring), Gage, and Jones could return for Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Gage caught 12 of 13 targets for 87 yards and a touchdown in the Week 3 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Jones hasn't played since Week 1 due to a partially torn PCL in his knee. The veteran is on target to return to action in Week 4. Tom Brady could have all his weapons available for Sunday Night Football. Stay tuned.

    From RotoBaller

James Robinson Sep 29 10:20pm ET
    James Robinson

Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson is poised for another productive performance in Week 4 versus the Philadelphia Eagles. The former undrafted running back has looked fantastic to begin the season despite returning from a torn Achilles. In the first three weeks of the season, the 24-year-old running back has tallied 230 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns while tacking on six receptions for 33 yards and another score through the air. Robinson has scored a touchdown in each game this season for the Jaguars and the defense of the Eagles is allowing the third-most yards per attempt (5.4) in the NFL, making him a solid play in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Chris Godwin Sep 29 10:20pm ET
    Chris Godwin

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (hamstring) and Breshad Perriman (knee, hamstring) didn't practice Thursday. Godwin received a veteran rest day Thursday after being limited on Wednesday. The 26-year-old has been sidelined since Week 1 with a hamstring issue. His activity level on Friday will determine Godwin's chances of returning to action in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Perriman hasn't practiced this week due to knee and hamstring injuries. The 29-year-old will have one more chance to practice Friday before the Bucs release the final injury report for Sunday Night Football.

Tua Tagovailoa Sep 29 10:13pm ET
    Tua Tagovailoa

Dynasty | Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa left Thursday night's game on a stretcher after taking a hard hit against the Bengals. Dynasty Analysis: This was a scary sight as Tua apparently had a "neurologial response" to a hit in the second quarter. He laid on the turf for some time before being taken off on the stretcher and heading to the locker room. It's far too early to make assessments on the severity of his injury, but this looked like a serious development. It's fair to wonder if Tua should have even been playing after being hurt in last week's game. Regardless, we'll be following the news on our QB16 very closely.
