Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker put together a nice outing after posting a dud the week prior. He hauled in six of his nine targets for 61 yards and one touchdown in the Week 11 loss to the Denver Broncos. Tua Tagovailoa was benched in the fourth quarter, so Parker owners were probably happy to see that. However, Tagovailoa is expected to start next week versus the New York Jets. Parker has better fantasy value with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center, but that seems unlikely to happen. Fantasy owners should consider Parker a low-end WR2 for next week.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker registered six receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown on nine targets in Week 11 against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy Spin: Parker has been a little inconsistent this season, but at least he has been fairly durable. That's been a problem for most of his career. He should be treated mostly as a WR4 or flex fantasy play in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 12 on the road against the Jets. He had three grabs for 35 yards in the first meeting on Oct. 18.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker was held to two receptions on seven targets for 31 yards in the Week 10 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. It was a rare dud performance by Parker who failed to capitalize on his targets. Fantasy owners shouldn't be concerned and just consider that a fluke performance. Parker is expected to bounce back against an average pass defense in the Denver Broncos this week. Parker should be considered a WR2 in Week 11.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker finally bounced back last week, but then disappointed fantasy owners once again this week. In Week 10, Parker hauled in two of his seven targets for 31 yards in the win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Parker's value has taken a hit since Tua Tagovailoa took over as the starting quarterback. Fantasy owners might be able to trust Parker as a low-end WR3 versus the Denver Broncos next week.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker posted two catches for 31 yards on a team-high seven targets in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Fantasy Spin: The Dolphins tried to get the ball to Parker early and often, but he just wasn't able to hook up with Tua Tagovailoa due to good coverage. Parker remains nothing more than a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Denver in Week 11.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker bounced back nicely last week after a few dud outings over the last few games. In Week 9, Parker finished with six receptions on seven targets for 64 yards in the win over the Arizona Cardinals. Parker appears to be developing some chemistry with rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Preston Williams (foot) is expected to be sidelined for the foreseeable future. Parker could see even more targets coming his way now. He'll be a reliable WR3 against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker caught six passes for 64 yards against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Nov. 8.
Fantasy Spin: Parker led the team in receptions, yards and targets, and he could be in for even more work if the foot injury to Preston Williams causes him to miss time. With Tua Tagovailoa looking dramatically improved in his second start, Parker could offer WR3 value as the rookie's No. 1 target.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has put together some disappointing performances over the last few weeks. However, he was able to bounce back during the Week 9 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. Parker hauled in six of his seven targets for 64 yards in this one. Fantasy owners can be happy knowing that Parker and rookie Tua Tagovailoa are starting to develop some chemistry together. Hopefully Parker can carry his momentum into next week against the Los Angeles Chargers. Fantasy owners should feel confident that Parker can provide WR3 value next week.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has been unable to do much damage over the last two weeks. The quarterback change did not help Parker last week as rookie Tua Tagovailoa threw for a total of 93 passing yards in Week 8. It's unlikely that his performance improves by much against a tough Arizona Cardinals Defense in Week 9. Parker should be considered a WR4 with elite defensive back Patrick Peterson on him this week.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has posted back-to-back rough performances. In Week 8, Parker hauled in one of his two targets for a touchdown in the win over the Los Angeles Rams. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa finished with 93 total passing yards, so it's tough to put all the blame on Parker here. Sadly, Parker will draw elite defensive back Patrick Peterson next week in their matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. Fantasy owners should probably consider Parker a WR4 for that one.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker posted a three-yard touchdown on his two targets in Week 8 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Fantasy Spin: At least he was able to score a touchdown, but if not for that it would have been an awful fantasy performance. He'll look to bounce back in Week 9 at Arizona. Treat him as a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (groin) remained limited during Thursday's practice, which isn't a great sign. However, Parker has already been playing at less than 100 percent, so he'll likely fight through the pain. Sadly, Parker could be in for a rough week in fantasy leagues. He's already banged up and will have to deal with Jalen Ramsey in Week 8. Right now, fantasy owners should consider Parker a low-end WR3 for the matchup with the Los Angeles Rams.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (groin) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 30, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.
Fantasy Spin: Parker is the team's main option in the passing game but will have to build chemistry with Tua Tagovailoa. He will be facing a good Los Angeles Rams secondary but can still be considered a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (groin) is expected to play in Week 8 against the Los Angeles Rams, head coach Brian Flores said Friday, Oct. 30.
Fantasy Spin: Parker looks as if he'll be out there Sunday as a top target for rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa in his first start. Considering the health issue and a new quarterback, Parker is a WR3/flex consideration this week.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (groin) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 29.
Fantasy Spin: Parker appears to have a good chance to play in Week 8, but fantasy players will know more about his status in the next few days. He will be working with a new quarterback but should continue to be the main option in the passing game. He can be a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (groin) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Parker should be available this weekend against the Dolphins, but he will likely be facing off against Rams shutdown cornerback Jalen Ramsey on Sunday and will have a rookie quarterback throwing him passes. There's a lot of uncertainty for Parker with Tua Tagovailoa now under center, making him a risky boom/bust fantasy option as a WR3/flex this weekend. Wide receiver Jakeem Grant (illness) was listed as a non-participant in practice on Thursday.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (groin) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Fantasy Spin: Parker had the bye week to recover from his groin injury and appears to have a good chance to play in the Week 8 game. He will be working with a new quarterback but can still be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has multiple factors working against his possible success Sunday against the Rams. The first obvious hurdle is that Tua Tagovailoa is making his first NFL start, with the two needing to establish a rapport. Additionally, Los Angeles has allowed just three touchdowns to opposing receivers this season, with All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey likely to flank Parker for much of the contest. On top of that, Parker is battling a groin ailment that may limit his output irrespective of who is throwing him the ball or covering him in the secondary. All in all, season-long and DFS fantasy managers can look elsewhere for production this weekend.
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker pulled in three of his eight targets for 35 yards in Week 6 versus the New York Jets.
Fantasy Spin: Parker and Ryan Fitzpatrick just didn't seem to be on the same page in this one, although there also wasn't a ton of urgency in a 24-0 win for the Dolphins. Parker appears to be a step slower this season too, although he could still be dealing with the ankle injury that dogged him throughout September. Parker will have his work cut out for him and should probably be considered more of a WR3 after a bye week when he figures to see a lot of the Los Angeles Rams' Jalen Ramsey in coverage in Week 8.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker was held in check during the Week 6 victory over the New York Jets. He hauled in three of his eight targets for 35 yards in the 24-0 win. It was a disappointing outing from Parker who was expected to have a big game here. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick did throw three touchdowns, but none of them were in the direction of Parker. Fantasy owners should consider Parker a WR3 when he goes up against Jalen Ramsey and the Los Angeles Rams in Week 8.
