New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder looked like a superstar through the first half of the season, but he has been unable to do much of anything lately. Crowder has six total receptions over his last three games. Breshad Perriman and Denzel Mims have looked like better fantasy options lately. Obviously, there's plenty of upside for Crowder against the Las Vegas Raiders secondary. However, he'll be a risky WR3/flex for Week 13, because there's a good chance he produces another dud in this brutal Jets offense. In his last three games against the Patriots, Chargers and Dolphins, Crowder has totaled six catches for 73 yards and a touchdown.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder has been in a slump over the last few weeks. He started off red-hot, but can't seem to produce anymore. He finished with three receptions on five targets for 31 yards in the loss to the Miami Dolphins. The return of Sam Darnold didn't make much of an impact on Crowder's performance. Crowder has pushed himself into possible bench territory versus the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 13.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder caught three passes for 31 yards against the Miami Dolphins in Week 12. He was targeted five times during the game.
Fantasy Spin: Crowder has struggled since returning from injury and has only 73 yards in the last three games. Fantasy players may want to keep Crowder on the bench until he is more productive in the passing game.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder has been in a bit of a slump lately, but hopefully that will changed in Week 12. Sam Darnold (shoulder) is back under center, so that should give a lift to Crowder's value. He'll get a tough matchup against the Miami Dolphins, but Crowder remains their best weapon on offense. He should get plenty of targets, so fantasy owners can lean on Crowder as a WR3 here.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder has not looked like himself over the last two games. In Week 11, Crowder hauled in one of his three targets for 16 yards in the loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Crowder and quarterback Joe Flacco have not been able to develop any chemistry together. Fantasy owners need to hope that Sam Darnold (shoulder) is back for the Week 12 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Regardless of who is starting, Crowder won't be anything more than a WR3 for that one.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder is hopeful for a bounce back performance after he posted a dud in Week 9. To be fair, Crowder was only targeted twice, but that should increase versus the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11. A secondary that is considered bottom-10 in the league right now. Veteran Joe Flacco is under center, but honestly he's not much of a downgrade from Sam Darnold. Fantasy owners should be able to trust Crowder as a WR2 here.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder turned himself into a near must-start season-long fantasy asset after receiving double-digit targets in each of his first four games this year. But with Joe Flacco having taken over the reins heading into this Sunday's matchup versus the Chargers, Crowder is having to establish a new rapport with more offensive weapons around him. Flacco targeted Crowder just twice during Week 9, albeit with one of those resulting in a touchdown. But whereas injuries had previously forced the Jets to funnel the ball to Crowder, the return of Breshad Perriman and Denzel Mims (along with the presence of Braxton Berrios), means that Crowder can no longer be relied upon in the previous fashion. Factor in the Chargers Defense's above-average production against opposing WRs in 2020 and Crowder is a somewhat risky WR2/Flex option in medium-sized or smaller leagues during Week 11.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (groin) was able to suit up during the Week 9 matchup with the New England Patriots. Crowder was not 100 percent healthy for this game and it showed. He hauled in both of his targets for 26 yards and one touchdown in the loss. Crowder was able to somewhat salvage his fantasy value with that score, but regardless it was a quiet performance. Fantasy owners should expect a rebound from Crowder against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder registered two receptions for 26 yards and a touchdown on two targets in Week 9 against the New England Patriots.
Fantasy Spin: The 27-year-old has been in and out of the lineup this season, dealing with a rash of injuries. When he is active, he is productive. He has 31 grabs for 409 yards and three touchdowns in just five appearances, and he has been targeted 48 times. Crowder remains a useful fantasy option in all leagues, especially PPR formats, although you'll need to make other plans with the Jets off in Week 10.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (groin) is officially active for the Week 9 game.
Fantasy Spin: Crowder is back in the lineup after missing some time because of the injury. He will be working with Joe Flacco this week but should still be the main option in the passing game. He can be a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (groin) has been given the thumbs up to play in Monday's contest versus the Patriots. The activation of Crowder for the first time since Week 6 will give quarterback Joe Flacco a much-needed weapon in the passing game, one that should be to Crowder's advantage considering that Stephon Gilmore (knee) remains out for New England. In all four contests that Crowder has appeared during 2020, he has seen double-digit targets, amassing 29 receptions, 383 receiving yards, and two touchdowns in that span. For those who rolled the dice on Crowder's activation in season-long formats, he is a must-start, despite the ineffective nature of the New York offense for much of the year.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (groin) is expected to play in Week 9.
Fantasy Spin: He'll have Joe Flacco throwing to him, which may not be a good thing. When he's in there, he performs like a WR2. Crowder is at least worth running as a WR3 this week.
New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (groin) was able to get in a limited practice on Friday. There is a good chance that he will return from his two-game absence against the New England Patriots on Monday night. Crowder has been the only bright spot for this Jets offense this season. Quarterback Sam Darnold (shoulder) is banged up, but is expected to play as well. Crowder will be in the WR2 conversation, assuming both players are healthy enough to suit up.
New York Jets LB Blake Cashman (hamstring), DL Quinnen Williams (hamstring), WR Vyncint Smith (groin), TE Trevon Wesco (ankle) and RB Frank Gore (hand, non-injury) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 6. WR Jamison Crowder (groin), QB Sam Darnold (shoulder), DL Nathan Shepherd (back), OL Josh Andrews (shoulder), PK Sam Ficken (groin), DL John Franklin-Myers (knee) and OL Connor McGovern (knee) were limited. LB Jordan Jenkins (rib, shoulder), WR Breshad Perriman (concussion) and OT Mekhi Becton (ankle) practiced in full.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (groin) is practicing in a limited capacity Friday, Nov. 6.
Fantasy Spin: A positive step for Crowder, who has been out since Week 6, and was unable to practice Thursday. We should know more Saturday following the Jets' final practice of the week.
New York Jets LB Blake Cashman (hamstrings), WR Jamison Crowder (groin), QB Sam Darnold (shoulder), DL Nathan Shepherd (back) and DL Quinnen Williams (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 5. OL Josh Andrews (shoulder), PK Sam Ficken (groin), DL John Franklin-Myers (knee), LB Jordan Jenkins (rib, shoulder), OL Connor McGovern (knee), WR Breshad Perriman (concussion), WR Vyncint Smith (groin), and TE Trevon Wesco (ankle) were limited. OT Mekhi Becton (ankle) and RB Frank Gore (hand) practiced in full.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (groin) won't practice Thursday, Nov. 5, head coach Adam Gase said.
Fantasy Spin: Crowder is trying to return after missing the last two games, but a missed Thursday session isn't necessarily a killer as it is the Jets' first practice this week leading into their Week 9 Monday night game against the Patriots. Let's see if he can get on the field Friday or Saturday.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (groin) has been declared inactive for the Week 8 game.
Fantasy Spin: Denzel Mims and Braxton Berrios likely will be the main receivers for the Jets this week against the Kansas City Chiefs. Fantasy players should be able to find better options and can avoid Mims and Berrios.
The New York Jets have declared OT Cameron Clark, PK Sam Ficken, LB Blake Cashman, QB James Morgan, WR Jamison Crowder, C Jimmy Murray and WR Breshad Perriman inactive for Week 8.
New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (groin) suffered a setback in practice Friday, Oct. 30, with his groin injury, and has been downgraded to doubtful on the team's Week 8 injury report. He is not expected to play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Fantasy Spin: Crowder, the Jets' leading receiver with 29 receptions for 383 yards and two TDs in four games, likely will miss a second straight contest, meaning his fantasy owners will need to line up an alternate WR2 plan again this week.
