Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods hauled in seven of his 12 targets for 80 yards and rushed one time for eight yards in Week 12 versus the San Francisco 49ers.

Fantasy Spin: On a day where Jared Goff did little to help the Rams, Woods still managed to come through with a strong fantasy line. Over the last two games, the 28-year-old has 19 catches for 210 yards and a score. Woods may lack the ceiling of some other top fantasy receivers, but head coach Sean McVay does a fine job of making sure he gets the ball at least seven times per game via the running and passing game. That usually gives him a solid WR2 floor, and that is about what he should be in Week 13 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Nov 29 9:30am ET

San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman (calf) is expected to make his return to the field in Week 12 against the Rams. Sherman hasn't played since Week 2 due to the calf injury, but the San Francisco secondary has held strong for the most part, ranking fifth against the pass this year. The former All-Pro will be a welcome addition, however, as Rams' receivers Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp are both fresh off of 10-catch, 100-yard efforts on Monday night football last week. Woods and Kupp remain in the WR2 range for this contest.

Nov 25 8:15pm ET

Rams' WR Robert Woods scored an impressive 31.00 fantasy points in Monday's Week 11 win in Tampa Bay. Woods caught 12 passes for 130 yards with one touchdown.

Nov 24 12:30am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods took advantage of his team's perfect game plan in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night en route to a third-place finish among wideouts for the week. He caught 12 of his 15 targets for 130 yards and a touchdown. After seeing his targets trend downwards for the last four weeks, he led the team in targets and had nine more than teammate Josh Reynolds, who had been outperforming Woods over that span of games. Woods will rarely present this type of ceiling, but his floor is generally one of the safest in football as a WR2.

From RotoBaller

Nov 24 12:03am ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods registered 12 receptions for 130 yards and a touchdown on a game-high 15 targets in Week 12 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Fantasy Spin: Woods had his first 100-yard game since Week 1, and his most yardage in nearly a calendar year when he roughed up the Cardinals in Arizona for 13 grabs and 172 yards on 18 targets on Dec. 1, 2019. He'll look to keep up the good work in Week 12 against the San Francisco 49ers.

From TheHuddle

Nov 23 11:30pm ET

Rams' WR Robert Woods had 12 receptions for 130 yards with one touchdown in Monday's win in Tampa Bay.

Nov 18 10:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods has been one of the most consistent producers for fantasy over the last few years, but that is unlikely to stay true in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have the NFL's best defense against the pass per DVOA and they also have the third-best pass-rush win rate among all teams. Woods has always been known for his consistent targets, but he actually ranks third on this team among wide receivers for targets behind teammates Cooper Kupp and Josh Reynolds. Woods is talented and remains a WR2 for fantasy week in and week out, but he's on the low-end of that spectrum for Monday night this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 16 11:10am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods had a great matchup in Week 10, but he couldn't do much with it against the Seattle Seahawks. He caught five of his six targets for 33 yards. He couldn't get into the end zone like the rest of his receiving teammates, and he couldn't break any big plays. His matchups heading into the fantasy playoffs are about to get a lot more difficult as well, and that's going to cause some problems for fantasy owners. If you were counting on him to carry you to the promised land in fantasy, you might want to start looking in some other directions.

From RotoBaller

Nov 16 2:43am ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods caught five passes for 33 yards against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10.

Fantasy Spin: LA's passing attack featured Josh Reynolds on Sunday, leaving Cooper Kupp and Woods with marginalized roles. Woods was particularly quiet with his longest catch of Week 10 covering just eight yards. While the USC alum is generally viewed as a reliable producer, he has now posted fewer than 40 yards receiving in three of his last four games. That makes him more of a WR3 with WR2 upside.

From TheHuddle

Nov 12 11:10am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods has maintained his consistency during the 2020 season and he'll be looking to continue that in Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks. Woods sees a good amount of volume every week and he's going up against the NFL's worst passing defense. The Seahawks are on pace to give up 1,000 more yards than any other team in history. Woods doesn't have the WR1 ceiling that others have because he doesn't score a ton of touchdowns or break big plays, but he has a safe WR2 floor in just about every game, including this one.

From RotoBaller

Nov 3 1:00pm ET

Rams' WR Robert Woods scored 28.40 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 8 loss in Miami. Woods caught seven passes for 85 yards with two touchdowns.

Nov 1 8:43pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods registered seven receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown on eight targets in Week 8 against the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Spin: Woods was actually fourth on the team in targets in a game which featured 61 attempts by Jared Goff. Fantasy owners of Woods can't complain too vehemently, though, as he had a strong stat line. He remains a solid WR4 or flex fantasy option, but the Rams are off in Week 9.

From TheHuddle

Oct 28 9:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods had a terrible matchup in Week 7, and things don't get much easier in Week 8. The Miami Dolphins feature two outstanding starting cornerbacks in Byron Jones and Xavien Howard, and Woods is expected to see Howard for the majority of his snaps. Howard is currently the ninth-best corner in football, per Pro Football Focus. Woods gets involved in the offense in a variety of ways, but the Rams also have enough pieces that they don't have to force-feed him the ball. He's likely a flex option for this week with WR2 upside if he can find his way into the end zone.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 1:03am ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods ended up with three receptions for 22 yards on five targets and he rushed four times for 23 yards in Week 7 against the Chicago Bears.

Fantasy Spin: Woods has recorded at least three receptions in five straight outings, but he has managed just 51 total receiving yards in the past two, and 36 or fewer yards in four of the past six contests. He remains more of a WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 8 in Miami.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 12:30am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods has long been one of the most consistent receivers in fantasy, but he struggled to a quiet night in Week 7 against the Chicago Bears on Monday night. He caught three of his five targets for 22 yards and he added four carries for 23 yards. This offense actively works to get the ball in the hands of Woods, and he's going to have better weeks ahead. However, he's largely a WR2/3 in most weeks unless he's able to get into the end zone. Moving forward, you're still keeping him in your lineups and you're hoping for better matchups.

From RotoBaller

Oct 24 5:13pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods (groin) was a limited participant at practice Saturday, Oct. 24, but doesn't carry an injury designation into the Week 7 game against the Chicago Bears Monday, Oct. 26.

Fantasy Spin: Woods will be a somewhat risky WR3 play in what's projected as a low-scoring game against the Bears.

From TheHuddle

Oct 23 8:13pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods (groin) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 23.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to keep an eye on the situation to see if Woods will be able to play in Week 7. He can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues if he is cleared to play.

From TheHuddle

Oct 22 12:10am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods has played well to start the year, as he's the WR10 through six weeks, but his matchup for Week 7 against the Chicago Bears is going to make things very difficult to maintain that pace. The Bears are allowing just 17.4 points per game to fantasy receivers, and Woods primarily lines up outside, where Chicago's two best corners are. The matchup is certainly a difficult one, but Woods has been the Rams most consistent wideout this year as a chain-mover. Because of his consistent target share, he remains in play as a WR2 in PPR leagues, albeit one with a lower floor this week.

From RotoBaller

Oct 19 11:20am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods wasn't super efficient in the team's Week 6 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, but he managed to finish with a solid fantasy outing. He caught four of his 10 targets for 29 yards and a touchdown. He also had two carries for 11 yards. This entire offense seemed out of sync all game long, and Woods suffered as a result. Moving forward, he's still going to be a key part of the offense, but he's not going to be a contender for the very top of the position. Especially during the bye weeks, he'll be a top-24 option for most weeks.

From RotoBaller

Oct 19 1:03am ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods had four receptions (on 10 targets) for 29 yards and a touchdown on Sunday, Oct. 18, against the San Francisco 49ers. Woods also ran twice for 11 yards.

Fantasy Spin: Woods has been inconsistent with yardage early on, being held below 40 yards three times in the last five weeks, but he has salvaged some value by scoring three TDs over that same span. He had a chance for a bigger game but a deep shot in the fourth quarter went through his arms. Woods and the rest of the Rams offense will try to do better next Monday against the Bears.
