Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond caught four of his six targets for 66 yards in the Week 18 win over the Green Bay Packers. Raymond finishes the year with 47 receptions for 616 yards as a solid depth wide receiver. However, if he's retained by Detroit next season, he won't be high on the fantasy radar. Rookie first-round pick Jameson Williams will be in more of a full-time role next year, so Raymond's ceiling is the No. 3 wide receiver in the Lions' offense behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Williams.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond caught five of his six targets for 53 yards and returned a punt for a touchdown in the 20-17 win over the New York Jets. Some fantasy leagues will credit Raymond with the touchdowns, while others simply give those points to a fantasy defense/special team. Either way, Raymond remains off the fantasy radar, as Amon-Ra. St Brown, DJ Chark, Josh Reynolds, and even Jameson Williams are often above him in weekly rankings.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond (illness) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. He had been listed as questionable. Raymond has amassed 32 catches for 382 yards this season. Although he's a threat in the passing game, he is currently buried behind Amon-Ra St. Brown, DJ Chark, Josh Reynolds, and Jameson Williams on the depth chart. Leave Raymond on fantasy waivers for the time being.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond (illness) is questionable for Sunday's divisional showdown against Minnesota. Fantasy managers had a feeling it was heading in this direction, especially since the wideout didn't practice in the two days leading up to his limited session on Friday. That said, Raymond hasn't played well this year, amassing only 32 catches for 382 yards and no touchdowns. Considering Jared Goff will have Amon-Ra St. Brown, D.J. Chark, D'Andre Swift, Josh Reynolds, and Jameson Williams available to catch passes, Raymond isn't an ideal fantasy option in Week 14 even if he suits up.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond (illness) missed his second straight practice this week on Thursday due to an illness. He'll need to get back on the practice field on Friday to have a shot at playing this Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. But even if Raymond is able to play in Week 14, he should be left on benches in deeper leagues. The 28-year-old caught both of his targets for just 12 yards in the Week 13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, and he has fallen down the receiver depth chart with the returns of DJ Chark and rookie Jameson Williams. Raymond has yet to visit the end zone in 2022 and has 32 receptions on 46 targets for 382 yards in 12 games (five starts).
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond will likely serve as the team's No. 2 WR as Josh Reynolds (back) has been ruled again once again. Amon-Ra St. Brown is the target hog in his offense, but after him, it's Raymond, Tom Kennedy, James Mitchell, and Brock Wright competing for targets. Raymond is a speedster with big-play ability, so he's a boom-or-bust option in deep leagues against a middling Chicago Bears defense.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond has been a strong deep league flex option after posting 151 receiving yards over the last two weeks. The Detroit Lions offense will continue to have to pass to stay competitive since they're often in shootouts, so as long as Jameson Williams (knee) and D.J. Chark (ankle) remain out, Raymond has real upside. T.J. Hockenson was traded to Minnesota, which opens up the door for Raymond to be Jared Goff's No. 2 or No. 3 option in any given week. The Green Bay Packers are solid against fantasy wideouts, but the Lions' offense can boom in just about any game.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond caught three of his four targets for 76 yards in the loss to the Miami Dolphins. He has outproduced Josh Reynolds in a couple of games this season, so he is very much on the fantasy radar in deep leagues. This Lions' offense looks good again with everyone getting healthy, so Raymond is a nice deep league pickup and has value until Jameson Williams (knee) and DJ Chark (ankle) come off of injured reserve.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond has fantasy appeal, even with Amon-Ra St. Brown (concussion protocol) expected to play against the Dolphins. DJ Chark (ankle) has been placed on injured reserve, so Raymond will serve as the Lions' WR3 behind Josh Reynolds for the time being. Miami allows a ton of fantasy points to wideouts and tight ends, so expect a lot of volume from the Detroit passing attack. With D'Andre Swift finally back in the lineup, this offense is close to back to full strength. For fantasy managers that need immediate help at wideout in deep leagues, Raymond can be the guy.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond caught five of his six targets for 75 yards in the 24-6 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. It was a nice fantasy performance considering the Lions failed to score a touchdown for the second straight game. Amon-Ra St. Brown (concussion) was knocked out of the game early, so Raymond operated as Jared Goff's No. 1 target. However, when St. Brown, DJ Chark (ankle), and Jameson Williams (knee) join the lineup, Raymond likely won't see much playing time.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond caught five of his seven targets for 45 yards in the shutout loss to the New England Patriots. Some fantasy managers in deep leagues probably played Raymond since Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) is banged up and D.J. Chark (ankle) was out, so in PPR leagues, he provided just enough to be a decent flex play. That said, he's back off the fantasy radar when the Lions' receiver gets healthy -- which could be after the team's Week 6 bye.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond was targeted four times during Friday's preseason opener against the Atlanta Falcons. He primarily played with the second unit, finishing with two catches and 52 yards in the loss. Raymond had a decent 2021 season with Detroit, catching 48 passes for 576 yards and four touchdowns en route to finishing as the WR52 in PPR leagues. Although he'll compete for increased opportunities in 2022, it could be tough for him to top last season now that the Lions have added D.J. Chark and Jameson Williams, not to mention the rise of Amon-Ra St. Brown.
