Ravens waive T Cedric Ogbuehi

Fri Dec 3 6:35pm ET

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) The Baltimore Ravens waived tackle Cedric Ogbuehi on Friday.

The team announced the move shortly after Ogbuehi was ruled out of Sunday's game at Pittsburgh with a thigh injury. Ogbuehi has appeared in two games this season with the Ravens and one with Seattle.

Ogbuehi started four games last season for the Seahawks and spent his previous five NFL seasons with Jacksonville and Cincinnati.

Ogbuehi was the only player listed on Baltimore's injury report who was ruled out of this weekend's game. Receiver Miles Boykin (finger) is doubtful and everyone else whose game status was listed was questionable.

Player Notes
Russell Wilson Dec 3 10:00pm ET
Russell Wilson

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has really struggled since returning from surgery on the middle finger of his throwing hand. In his three games since getting activated from injured reserve, Wilson is completing 56% of his passes for 615 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. According to head coach Pete Carroll, Wilson is "really determined" and that this is the best he has felt since injuring his finger during Week 5. Fantasy gamers rostering Wilson will want to keep him on the bench until he proves he's back to his normal elite level of play on the field.

Alexander Mattison Dec 3 9:50pm ET
Alexander Mattison

Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison resumes his role as the top handcuff in fantasy football in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. With starter Dalvin Cook likely out for the next two weeks, Mattison steps into a smash spot against a defense that gives up the fifth most points to opposing running backs. In the two games Mattison has started in 2021, he has averaged 25.5 carries, 6.5 catches and 162 total yards per game. As long as Cook is sidelined, Mattison will be a locked-in RB1 given the volume and usage that he will have.

T.J. Watt Dec 3 9:50pm ET
T.J. Watt

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt (COVID-19) could return to the field in Week 13 after he tested negative for COVID-19 on Friday night. Per league rules, if Watt is able to return another negative test on Saturday, he will be cleared to return to action against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Watt tested positive for the virus on Monday, which initially put his availability for Sunday's game in jeopardy. The star pass rusher being available for Sunday would be a big boost for a Pittsburgh team that hasn't won a game since Week 9 against the Chicago Bears.

D.K. Metcalf Dec 3 9:30pm ET
D.K. Metcalf

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf turned in a disappointing outing against the Washington Football Team in Week 12. Despite playing on 94% of the snaps, he caught just one of four targets for 13 yards. Seattle offensive coordinator Shane Waldron told reporters on Friday that they need to do a better job getting Metcalf the ball. "We've got to get the guy the ball. We're going to keep working to get that done," remarked Waldron. Metcalf was seen visibly upset on the sidelines during the loss to Washington on Monday night, but at least Seattle appears to have plans to get him more involved moving forward. There's a strong chance that Metcalf gets the squeaky wheel treatment in Week 13's matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Robert Quinn Dec 3 9:23pm ET
Robert Quinn

Chicago Bears LB Robert Quinn has recorded at least one sack in seven of his last nine games, and he has 5.5 sacks in his last three contests.

Adrian Peterson Dec 3 9:20pm ET
Adrian Peterson

Seattle Seahawks running back Adrian Peterson reportedly had a good first week with his new team. Peterson just signed with the team earlier in the week and, according to head coach Pete Carroll, could "realistically" play for the Seahawks against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13. Carroll did not guarantee that Peterson would be out there, but Alex Collins, Travis Homer, and Rashaad Penny are all dealing with injuries, which might press Peterson into service. That being said, Peterson doesn't have much left in the tank and the Seattle offense has been struggling of late, making the veteran an avoid in most fantasy formats.

Keenan Allen Dec 3 9:13pm ET
Keenan Allen

Los Angeles Chargers WR Keenan Allen has recorded at least seven receptions and 85 yards in four consecutive games, and he has been targeted 47 times during that span.

Fantasy Spin: Allen has caught just two touchdown passes this season, but his 81 receptions rank third in the league, and he sits seventh with 895 receiving yards. He might not have elite upside, but he is a safe bet for high-end WR2 production, especially in PPR formats.

Taysom Hill Dec 3 8:43pm ET
Taysom Hill

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints QB Taysom Hill (finger) will not need surgery on his finger at this time, and he plans to play through the injury, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Hill suffered the injury in his first start of the season, but it seems like he will not miss any playing time. He had some success against the Dallas Cowboys but did throw four interceptions. He can be a starting option in two-quarterback leagues but is a riskier option in standard leagues.

From TheHuddle

Travis Homer Dec 3 8:30pm ET
Travis Homer

Seattle Seahawks running backs Rashaad Penny (hamstring) and Travis Homer (calf) are questionable to face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13 on Sunday. However, both running backs practiced in full on Friday and seem to be in line to return after missing the Week 12 loss to the Washington Football Team. Chris Carson (neck) is out for the season, but Alex Collins (abdomen) should be available, as well as DeeJay Dallas. It remains to be seen who will be the odd-man out against San Francisco, especially if Adrian Peterson is called up from the practice squad. When this entire mediocre backfield is completely healthy, it's a situation to avoid in fantasy, especially with Seattle's offense going nowhere in the last three weeks.

From RotoBaller

Andy Dalton Dec 3 8:23pm ET
Andy Dalton

Chicago Bears QB Andy Dalton will be the starting quarterback for the Bears for their Week 13 game.

Fantasy Spin: Dalton receives another start because Justin Fields is still dealing with injured ribs. He threw 317 yards and one touchdown last week but will be facing a tougher defense this week. He can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.

Roquan Smith Dec 3 8:23pm ET
Roquan Smith

Chicago Bears LB Roquan Smith (hamstring) will be a game-time decision for the Week 13 game, according to head coach Matt Nagy.

Phillip Dorsett

Free-agent WR Phillip Dorsett (Seahawks) is scheduled to work out for the Houston Texans.

From TheHuddle

Alex Collins Dec 3 8:20pm ET
Alex Collins

Seattle Seahawks running back Alex Collins (abdomen) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Week 13 against the division-rival San Francisco 49ers. Collins should be fine to play, but he's averaging only 3.61 yards per carry on 88 rushing attempts since taking over for Chris Carson (neck) in Week 5 as the team's primary ball-carrier. Not only has Collins been mostly ineffective -- he had just seven carries for 14 yards in the Week 12 loss to the Washington Football Team -- but he has only nine targets in the passing game in 10 games as well. Oh, and Rashaad Penny (hamstring) and Travis Homer (calf) appear ready to return after missing last week. Veteran Adrian Peterson lurks on the practice squad. If you're relying on Collins to find the end zone as your RB3/flex, your fantasy team is in trouble.

From RotoBaller

D.K. Metcalf Dec 3 8:10pm ET
D.K. Metcalf

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (foot) was removed from the final injury report for Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers. Metcalf had two limited practices this week sandwiched around a full practice on Thursday. He's been managing a foot injury for most of the season, but he hasn't missed any games. Through the first eight games of 2021, Metcalf was a beast, catching 39 of 56 targets for 580 yards and eight touchdowns. But in the last three games since quarterback Russell Wilson returned from Injured Reserve, Metcalf has eight catches on 20 targets for 70 yards and no touchdowns. The 23-year-old and the rest of Seattle's offense have had no answers. Until we see signs of life, Metcalf will be a WR2 against a 49ers passing defense that has been strong in 2021.

From RotoBaller

Alex Collins Dec 3 8:03pm ET
Alex Collins

Seattle Seahawks RB Alex Collins (abdomen) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 3, and is listed as questionable for Week 13.

Fantasy Spin: Collins was a limited participant all week and should have a decent chance to play, but fantasy players will know more when the inactive list is posted. He has received most of the carries in the running game but has not had a lot of success. He could be a flex option in standard leagues if he plays.

From TheHuddle

JaMycal Hasty Dec 3 8:00pm ET
JaMycal Hasty

San Francisco 49ers running back JaMycal Hasty (ankle) returned to a full practice on Friday and was removed from the final injury report for Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks. Hasty will return after a three-game absence, and he also missed three games earlier this year with an ankle injury. He's mostly used in a passing role, as he's recorded 13 catches on 18 targets for 91 yards in his five games played. Rookie Trey Sermon (ankle) is out and could land on Injured Reserve, but Hasty probably won't see many snaps behind workhorse rookie Elijah Mitchell and Jeff Wilson Jr. on Sunday against the Seahawks. Hasty would probably need an injury to Wilson in order to be a consideration as a flex play in deep PPR leagues.

From RotoBaller

Maurice Hurst Dec 3 8:00pm ET
Maurice Hurst

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw (groin) has been ruled out for the Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks, while linebacker Fred Warner (hamstring) is doubtful to play. Defensive lineman Maurice Hurst (calf) is also out, while linebacker Marcell Harris (concussion) is questionable. Warner is one of the best coverage linebackers in the NFL, so not having him on the field this weekend will be a big loss for the Niners defense against a struggling Seattle offense. Greenlaw had just returned from Injured Reserve last week and will now miss another game. Even with the losses of Greenlaw and Warner, San Francisco's defense/special teams is an intriguing streamer this week given how bad the Seahawks offense has been in the last three weeks.

From RotoBaller

Devin Duvernay Dec 3 7:50pm ET
Devin Duvernay

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay (thigh) practiced in full on Friday and doesn't carry an injury designation into the Week 13 game against the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Meanwhile, receiver Miles Boykin (finger) is doubtful after being limited in practice all week. Unless your fantasy league rewards points for kickoff and punt return yards, Duvernay is likely off your radar as the team's No. 4 receiver behind Marquise Brown, rookie Rashod Bateman and Sammy Watkins. The 24-year-old can be electric with the ball in his hands, but he hasn't had more than four receptions or 45 yards in any week in 11 games played, and he's found the end zone only twice. Duvernay caught just one pass for two yards in the Week 12 win over the Cleveland Browns.

From RotoBaller

Marquise Brown Dec 3 7:50pm ET
Marquise Brown

Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Joe Haden (foot) missed practice all week and will miss his third straight game in Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens. Haden hasn't played since he suffered a foot injury in the Week 10 tie with the Detroit Lions, but at least Pittsburgh has All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick back. Ravens No. 1 receiver Marquise Brown could have an easier day with Haden out of the lineup on Sunday, and Hollywood remains a must-start fantasy wideout. The Steelers defense as a whole is allowing 24.3 points per game this year after giving up 41 points in the drubbing by the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12. Baltimore's offense hasn't looked great in recent weeks, but Pittsburgh's defense is a shaky streaming option in Week 13.

From RotoBaller

Odell Beckham Jr. Dec 3 7:43pm ET
Odell Beckham Jr.

Los Angeles Rams WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hip) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 3, and is listed as questionable for Week 13.

Fantasy Spin: Beckham has a good chance to be active for the Week 13 game, but fantasy players can monitor the situation over the next day or two. He can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in fantasy leagues if he plays.
