WHO do I PICK ?

I'm in a 12 team league (picking 3rd this year) and am looking for feedback on my one carry over player from last season. I have selected 4 from my roster I have interest in keeping. All are WR's. I have listed the round and # pick it will cost me to keep that player. Of course my first pick will be RB. Thanks for the input :
