WHICH IS IT? THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. If they are working on it, they know what the issue is. If they are looking into it, then they don't know what the issue is!

A bigger worry is that I haven't seen an update for hours. To my league I am the "face" of this %^$# show. GIVE A FREAKING UPDATE!

Funny that people are so mad over something they can't change just by seeing it. Do we want to see our scores go up by 6? Sure, does it matter? No.

If you couldn't change a lineup or something crucial, than yea, big problem. Scores not updating? Seems pretty meaningless, go outside, go hang with the guys/girls. Looks later, irony being that the scores are down again(later), but nothing you can change about the score.

Without a guarantee that RT has a backup stats provider in place for next season, I’ll be taking my league elsewhere. We’ve been with RT for 20 years. I’m stunned that they didn’t learn from last year’s fiasco that they need a backup. The name of the company is literally "RealTime."

Been with you guys over 20 years but this is unacceptable and don't know if we will continue without compensation or money back guarantee if this occurs next season during playoffs, team owners on the road w/o app working and with updating not current, c'mon guys, I know you can do better
