After the fiasco of last year there is absolutely no excuse for the outage
There should have been a backup / fail-safe protocol put in after last year, just flip the switch if the main provider fails. I am sure the backup provider would only cost any money if they are used.
Gee, I wonder if somebody hasn't been paying their bills again.
This is total BS CMON RT

This absolutely unacceptable. I will demand a refund of some sorts. Why pay for a service that doesn't work? It it happens to break down during Week 2 of the playoffs? I will not tolerate this. Stand by your product.

If we can't depend on you during the most crucial time of year how can we make a decision other than move on? Your organization should do what most large companies do this time of year, institute a technology freeze to where no changes can be made to the app when most if not all leagues are in the playoff season! This is just completely and utterly UNACCEPTABLE!

NOT Acceptable....but what can we do?? They will not offer any type of refund (I tries last time). Like others are saying they are no longer the only game in town but remain the most expensive. I will go elsewhere next year.

Here we go again. This happened around the same time as last year. Not good not good at all. I held on to this site bc it's actually a good site but I'm not gonna lose owners. Might have to move on next year! Too much money involved.

1:14pm ET: They are "working on it"
WHICH IS IT? THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. If they are working on it, they know what the issue is. If they are looking into it, then they don't know what the issue is!
