Salary cap league forming up looking for owners

Good day all, I have another league in which I am looking to start up in which a salary cap is used for player drafting and acquisition. The Cap adds additional strategies to forming your team. If interested post back if I can get at least 10 to 12 players I can set the league up and from there as a league it can be determined if money will be offered and what fee(s) could be added.
