Phillip Rivers traded to NY Jets!

I'm making this up for fun: Would you trade Rivers for Sanchez (if your S.D) for say a 2nd rd pick in 2013 and another 2nd rd pick in 2014? It a good move for the Jets in the short run and a better move for the Chargers in the long run. They will dump Rivers contract and then dump Sanchez's contract the next year. Any comments?

Clarify: Sanchez would be a backup or would battle for a starting Job. New Coach/GM for S.D. got me curious. Of course Rivers is better. Cutting payroll/added draft picks and Rivers on downslope of his career. Okay 1 no vote!!
