Thanks, Ry. That one on Iverson playing football was priceless! Think what he could have been in the NFL as an RB or safety, returner, etc. Likely even a bigger star than he is in the NBA!

Not being a fan of “Batman” for over 40 years. (as a much younger man in the mid 1960s, I liked the TV program and the “Batman Theme” song) and only recently have felt a kinship to the “Dark Knight” of RTS and the Wolf Pack FFL, there are many questions I’ve always had about Batman and Robin.
10. Where does Robin live?
9.How come Batman is a bat and Robin is a human?
8. Since Batman is a bat, why is he bigger than Robin?
7. Most of us know in real life that Batman is really millionaire Bruce Wayne. Who is Robin in real life?
6. Okay, in #7 it was established that Batman has money. Is Robin rich, or a penniless bum?
5. Why does Robin always have to wash the Batmobile, but never get to drive it?
4. Does Robin have a driver’s license?
3. For that matter, does Batman have a driver’s license?
2. Why does Robin wear that cheap brand of sneakers and Batman’s must be a top brand name?
1. What makes Rudy Guliani such a hero just because he happened to be mayor of NYC when the WTC was crashed and imploded?

It would be wonderful to have answers to these and other perplexing questions in life.

I really enjoyed that bit of history, old friend. How about those cubbies? I remember watching them in spring training in 1955 and I said "This is their year!"

Anybody know what's the longest drought in sports history?
