Waiver Wire - Tumbler

Hey All. Can anyone illustrate how the Tumbler waiver process works. I think I understand, but not confident enough to explain it to my league. Some folks are looking for options in the waiver process. We did blind bidding for almost 15 years and have done worst to first standings the past 9. Trying to stay away from something that I have to manually update each week. But if anyone has suggestions, I'm open to them as well. Thanks!
