Pro Pick’Em Football Challenge
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. The Contest: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
Pro Pick’Em Football Challenge (the "Contest") is a free entry, on-line contest designed to test one's own prognostication skills when it comes to selecting the outcomes of various football games. This Contest is administered by Game Night Sports Inc. & RealTime Fantasy Sports (the "Contest Administrator") on behalf of Dream Weaver Marketing, LLC and 105.9 the Bash WJOT-FM and its partners (the "Contest Sponsor") and is not affiliated, endorsed or otherwise associated with any professional football organization. This Contest begins with the first game of the 2024 US professional football regular season scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2024 and concludes with the league championship game (scheduled for Sunday, February 9, 2025). There are (19) Weekly Prize Scoring Periods. This Contest is provided solely for entertainment purposes or as a pastime and must not be used as the basis for any wager.
2. Eligibility:
The Contest is only open to current patrons of the "Contest Sponsor". LIMIT one (1) entry (registration) per person AND/OR per e-mail address. Multiple entries per person or email address will be disqualified and/or ineligible for prizes.
3. How to Enter:
Please visit https://rtsports.com/wjot-pickem-2024 and follow the on-line instructions to register your email address ("log-in ID"). Once confirmed you will be able to access the site to make changes to your selections ("Picks") prior to the posted deadlines and check standings and updates during the Contest. You may enter the Contest at any time up until the Final Entry Deadline of Sunday, February 9, 2025. However you will accumulate points (each a "Point") based only on Picks you have submitted and that are confirmed before the daily deadline for any given weekly Scoring Period. Daily entry deadlines for the first weekly Scoring Period begin at 8:20 p.m. ET, Thursday, September 5, 2024.
4. How to Play:
Using the picks page (click "Make Picks") provided, predict the winning team for all of the football games that are listed on that given Make Picks page each week. There are weekly Scoring Periods and entry deadlines posted for each weekly Scoring Period. Once you have submitted your selections (each a "Pick") for a given weekly Scoring Period wait for the confirmation page to appear and check your Picks to verify that they were submitted successfully. To be eligible to accumulate points for a given date during a given weekly Scoring Period you must submit your Picks before the deadline posted. Only Picks that are submitted and confirmed before the posted deadline will be accepted and count towards your weekly points total. As per the scoring system, you will accumulate points based on a comparison of the actual game outcomes to the outcomes you predicted for each of the football games.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a weekly Make Picks page is posted, you can submit your Picks. You have until the posted deadline to change your Picks, but the last Picks you submit, and that are accepted before the deadline, are your official Picks for the Weekly Scoring Periods. If you submit an incomplete Make Picks page, you will be credited with points ONLY for those games for which you submitted correct Picks. No compensation will be made nor retroactive changes allowed to your Make Picks page once the daily entry deadline has passed.
For the purposes of the contest standings and updates (see Contest Standings & Updates below) weekly Scoring Periods will consist of games played between Tuesday up to and including the following Monday of each week - with Monday being considered the final game of the week, the exception being the final scoring period, which will include ALL post-season games AND in the event that the NFL has to reschedule a game to the Tuesday and/or Wednesday (immediately following the Monday of that given contest week) and consider it still part of that given contest week (i.e. what has transpired during covid).
PLEASE NOTE: the time indicated as each weekly Scoring Period will have multiple daily deadlines depending on the schedule for that given week which will be posted on the Make Picks page. Entrants are responsible for reviewing all daily entry deadlines in each weekly Scoring Period.
5. Scoring:
Selecting the correct home team win earns ONE (1) point (each a "Point") and selecting the correct away team win earns TWO (2) points (each a "Point").
Incomplete Games
No Point(s) will be awarded for any game(s) listed on the Make Picks page that is postponed, cancelled, delayed, suspended, or considered incomplete for any reason by 7 a.m. Eastern time on the next day immediately following the scheduled starting time of the game. Games that are ruled incomplete will not count towards the contest unless otherwise noted by the Contest Administrator.
6. Standings and Updates:
The updated standings will be posted daily as applicable. Eligible entrants will be ranked in order from most number of points to least. Final, UNOFFICIAL standings will appear on-line immediately after the end of any given Weekly Scoring Period and, unless otherwise changed, will become final, OFFICIAL standings one week later.

Nineteen (19) weekly prizes of $25. Each weekly will be awarded to the individual that has the highest score within any given Scoring Period as outlined above.
Entrants will be listed from first place to last based on their cumulative weekly Point totals from that given weekly Scoring Period during the season. If two or more entrants are tied for the a given weekly prize then the tie will be broken using the following tie-breaking system in the order listed:
1. The entrant who correctly predicted the total score in the contest Tiebreaker Game of that given contest week; 2. The entrant who came closest to predicting the total score in the contest Tiebreaker Game of that given contest week; 3. The entrant who came closest (without going over) the total score in the contest Tiebreaker Game of that given contest week; 4. A draw between all entrants that remain tied after tiebreakers 1 thru 3.
Unofficial standings will be posted throughout a given Contest Period and shall remain subject to audit and review for two days after the conclusion of given contest period ("Unofficial Results Period"). At the conclusion of the Unofficial Results Period, the standings shall be declared final and official ("Official Results Date"). If you think you see a discrepancy with your point total and/or position in the standings please notify (provide specific details) the Contest Administrator as soon as possible AND during the Unofficial Results Period.
8. Terms and Conditions:
By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor and the Contest Administrator, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Winners will be notified by the Contest Sponsor via e-mail and/or telephone, within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the standings become official. Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, within fourteen (14) days after issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the above may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If attempted prize notification fails or the requisite documents are returned as undeliverable or are not returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, prize may be forfeited in its entirety without further notice and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and no substitutions are allowed (except by the Contest Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted). All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to correct all printing, typographical, or mechanical errors.
Online entries by Internet will be declared and made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections, including Internet/Web-server/network/phone-line connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, computer or telephone, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, or garbled or jumbled transmissions. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, legal restrictions, or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Sponsor (in the Contest Sponsor's sole opinion) corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation or play of the Contest. In any such event, select winners, either by highest scores achieved prior to event requiring such termination, cancellation or suspension or, if necessary, by random drawing from all eligible registrations received prior to event requiring such action.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant. Any attempt by a entrant to deliberately damage any website, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest, is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and further agrees that: (i) if legally permissible, the Contest Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliate have the right to publicize his or her name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, authorization or remuneration; and (ii) the Contest Sponsor and the Contest Administrator and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death, or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Contest. This Contest is not affiliated in any way with the NFL.
