Riley Leonard Dec 8 7:50pm CT
    Riley Leonard

Updating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts rookie quarterback Riley Leonard (knee) is dealing with a strained right-knee ligament and is "week-to-week," a source told Adam Schefter of ESPN. The Colts are unsure if Leonard will be able to play in Seattle against the Seahawks in Week 15 on Sunday. Leonard was forced into action in Sunday's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars after starter Daniel Jones suffered a season-ending torn Achilles tendon. With Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) still on Injured Reserve and potentially unable to play the rest of the year, Indy would be down to Brett Rypien at the QB position if Leonard is unable to play this weekend. The Colts reportedly will work out 44-year-old QB Philip Rivers, who last played in 2020, on Tuesday. Regardless of who is starting under center for the Colts the rest of the way, it's going to be a major fantasy downgrade for all of Indy's offensive skill players, namely star running back Jonathan Taylor.

Justin Herbert Dec 8 6:30pm CT
    Justin Herbert

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert (hand) is officially active for Monday night's contest against the visiting Philadelphia Eagles at SoFi Stadium, according to Eric Smith of Chargers.com. Herbert was listed as questionable after breaking his left (non-throwing) hand in last Sunday's win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The 27-year-old signal-caller had surgery last Monday and will wear a protective glove on his surgically repaired left hand while likely taking the majority of the snaps against Philly out of the shotgun formation. Herbert has been a top-10 QB in fantasy points per game (22.3) this year, but he has a porous offensive line in front of him that could get exposed in primetime against a stout Eagles defensive line. The Eagles have allowed the fewest passing touchdowns to opposing QBs this year, too, making this a pretty difficult matchup for Herbert in his first game following hand surgery.

Rashid Shaheed Dec 8 6:30pm CT
    Rashid Shaheed

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed turned in his first fantasy-relevant performance as a member of the Seahawks in Sunday's win over the Atlanta Falcons. Shaheed did most of his damage on a punt return for a touchdown. However, it was his four receptions on five targets that were encouraging. Most importantly, Shaheed's targets were far more downfield than they have been since he joined the Seahawks. He recorded 67 receiving yards on his four catches. Fantasy managers will not be able to count on a weekly punt return for a touchdown from Shaheed, but if his targets and route participation can continue to improve, he could end up being a solid add for the fantasy football playoffs. Shaheed should not be started in Week 15; however, he should be rostered in case his involvement in the offense continues to improve. With the stretch run of the NFL season upon us, it would behoove the Seahawks to get Shaheed more involved.

Omarion Hampton Dec 8 6:30pm CT
    Omarion Hampton

Los Angeles Chargers rookie first-round running back Omarion Hampton (ankle) is officially active to take on the visiting Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football, according to Eric Smith of Chargers.com. This will be Hampton's first game since fracturing his left ankle in Week 5. The 22-year-old should be L.A.'s lead back by season's end, but in his first game back on Monday in a poor matchup for fantasy purposes, the North Carolina product will be more of an RB3/flex for fantasy managers as he shares the backfield with Kimani Vidal. Before his ankle injury, Hampton had taken over as the Chargers' lead back following Najee Harris' (Achilles) season-ending injury early in the year. He had a healthy 4.8 yards per carry for 314 yards and two rushing touchdowns on 66 carries. Hampton should not be available on the waiver wire in any fantasy leagues now that he's back.

Elijah Arroyo Dec 8 6:10pm CT
    Elijah Arroyo

Seattle Seahawks rookie tight end Elijah Arroyo (knee) could miss the Week 15 game against the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday after injuring his knee in Sunday's blowout win over the Atlanta Falcons, according to Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic. "This week's probably in jeopardy for him," head coach Mike Macdonald said. The 22-year-old second-rounder out of Miami was unable to haul in his only target against Atlanta before leaving the game. Arroyo has pretty much only been stash-worthy in dynasty/keeper fantasy leagues this year, as he has only 15 catches for 179 yards and one touchdown on 26 targets in his first 13 NFL games. If Arroyo cannot play in a solid matchup against Indy this weekend, fellow TE AJ Barner will have more streaming value as Seattle's top pass-catching tight end in Week 15.

    Jason Pierre-Paul Dec 8 6:00pm CT
    Jason Pierre-Paul

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are signing outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul to their practice squad on Monday, a source told Adam Schefter of ESPN. Pierre-Paul last played in the NFL for the Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints in 2023, recording only two tackles (one solo) in three games. The three-time Pro Bowler was the 15th overall pick by the New York Giants in 2010 out of South Florida. The 36-year-old spent the first eight years of his NFL career with the G-Men before playing with the Buccaneers from 2018-21. JPP has 94.5 career sacks and 631 tackles (456 solo) in his 14 NFL seasons. If Pierre-Paul makes it up to Tampa's 53-man active roster for the remainder of the 2025 season, he'll almost certainly be in a rotational role for the Bucs' defense.

Geno Smith Dec 8 5:50pm CT
    Geno Smith

Las Vegas Raiders head coach Pete Carroll said that he didn't have an update on Monday on quarterback Geno Smith's right-shoulder injury that he suffered in the second half of Sunday's loss to the Denver Broncos, according to Ryan McFadden of ESPN. "I won't know for a couple of days," Carroll said. Smith injured his fingers and shoulder in Week 14, but it was his right-shoulder injury that knocked him out of the game in the second half, and he never returned. The 35-year-old apparently avoided serious damage to his throwing shoulder, but the lack of an update suggests Smith's availability for Week 15 against the Philadelphia Eagles is up in the air. At this point, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the struggling Raiders give backup Kenny Pickett his first start of the year against his former team. Smith has been a bust in his first year in Vegas, completing 67% of his passes for 2,648 yards and 16 touchdowns. He leads the league in interceptions (16) and sacks taken (49).

Justin Herbert Dec 8 5:40pm CT
    Justin Herbert

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert (hand) is expected to start on Monday night against the visiting Philadelphia Eagles at SoFi Stadium, a source told Omar Ruiz of NFL Network. Herbert, who had been listed as questionable after breaking his left hand last Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders, is wearing a padded glove on his surgically repaired non-throwing hand. The 27-year-old will be active on Monday night, but he might take most, if not all, of the snaps out of the shotgun formation to protect his hand. While his surgically repaired hand won't be a factor in Herbert throwing the football, this is a matchup for fantasy managers to shy away from this week in single-QB leagues. Philly's defense could get plenty of pressure on Herbert, even without star defensive tackle Jalen Carter (shoulder), and they've allowed the fewest passing TDs (12) to QBs this year.

    From RotoBaller

Chris Godwin Dec 8 5:30pm CT
    Chris Godwin

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. (leg) remains on the injury report and was listed as a limited participant in Monday's walkthrough practice, according to FOX Sports' Greg Auman. The Bucs continue to limit Godwin's practice availability early in the week since his return from a fractured fibula in Week 12. The 29-year-old played only 36% of the snaps in Week 12, catching two of four targets for nine yards. Godwin has seen more of the field the last two weeks, though, playing at least 66% of the snaps and combining for eight catches and 133 yards on 13 targets. He had a season-high five receptions on eight targets for 55 yards in Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. Godwin should be fine to play on Thursday night against the division-rival Atlanta Falcons, but the potential return of receivers Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan (neck) will cut into Godwin's target share going forward.

Trey Benson Dec 8 5:30pm CT
    Trey Benson

Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said that activating running back Trey Benson (knee) off Injured Reserve and giving him another week on the shelf "is an option" if he can't check all the appropriate health boxes by Wednesday, according to Tyler Drake of Arizona Sports. Benson has not played since suffering a knee injury in Week 4 that required surgery. It's possible that the 23-year-old second-year RB from Florida State needs another week, and it's also possible that he's held out for the remainder of the season with the Cardinals out of the playoff hunt. Benson was cleared to return to practice two weeks ago. He initially was limited in practice before sitting out all of last week, suggesting he may have suffered a setback. Emari Demercado (ankle) has also missed the last few games, leaving Bam Knight and Michael Carter to share backfield duties. Knight could be in line for lead-back work again in Week 15 versus the Houston Texans.

    From RotoBaller

Cade Otton Dec 8 5:20pm CT
    Cade Otton

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton (knee) was listed as a non-participant for the team's walkthrough practice on Monday, according to Greg Auman of FOX Sports. Otton didn't appear to get hurt in Sunday's upset loss to the New Orleans Saints, but his Week 15 status is worth watching over the next two days before a Thursday night showdown against the division-rival Atlanta Falcons. Otton caught three of his four targets for 19 yards on Sunday. The 26-year-old hasn't gone over 30 receiving yards in a game since a season-high 82-yard performance in the loss to the New England Patriots on Nov. 9. He also has yet to score in 2025. Otton has two more chances to return to practice, but even if he's active, he'll be more of a TE2 option for fantasy managers against Atlanta, especially if receivers Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan (neck) are able to return.

    From RotoBaller

Jalen McMillan Dec 8 5:10pm CT
    Jalen McMillan

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan (neck) was listed as limited on Monday's estimated injury report, according to Greg Auman of FOX Sports. McMillan is trying to make his way back from multiple fractures in his neck and ligament damage that he suffered in a preseason game in August. The 24-year-old second-year pass-catcher has a chance to play for the first time this year in Week 15 against the division-rival Atlanta Falcons. Veteran Mike Evans (collarbone) could play on Thursday, too. McMillan, a third-rounder in 2024 out of Washington, had a solid 37-461-8 line in 13 games in his rookie campaign. He was in line for a significant role alongside Evans and Chris Godwin Jr. before his preseason injury. McMillan is still a big part of Tampa's future, but he may struggle for consistent playing time in a now-crowded Tampa receiving room that also features productive rookies Emeka Egbuka and Tez Johnson.

    From RotoBaller

Kyle Pitts Dec 8 5:10pm CT
    Kyle Pitts

Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. (knee) is on the team's Week 15 injury report and was listed as limited for Monday's estimated practice, according to Tori McElhaney of AtlantaFalcons.com. Pitts looked fine in the team's Week 14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, catching six of his 10 targets for a season-high 90 yards while playing 92% of the offensive snaps. The Falcons are likely just giving the 25-year-old a little rest going into Thursday's divisional clash against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Pitts' 10 targets on Sunday matched a season high, and he's had 13 catches on 18 targets for 172 yards the last two weeks with top wideout Drake London (knee) sidelined with a PCL sprain. If London misses a third straight game this week, Pitts will once again have more upside as a TE1 for fantasy managers. In the Week 1 loss to Tampa, Pitts had seven catches on eight targets for 59 yards.

Brady Cook Dec 8 4:50pm CT
    Brady Cook

Dynasty | Jets quarterback Brady Cook completed 14-of-30 passes for 163 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions in a loss to the Dolphins. Dynasty Analysis: Cook went from the practice squad to the game this week when Tyrod Taylor exited with a groin injury. It was a rough day for the rookie but hardly his fault as he was never expected to play. With Justin Fields nursing a knee injury, he could start next week. Cook could be an add in Superflex leagues if you need a starter but is hardly looking like a long-term asset.

    J.J. McCarthy Dec 8 4:50pm CT
    J.J. McCarthy

Dynasty | Vikings quarterback JJ McCarthy completed 16-of-23 passes for 163 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in a blowout win against Washington. Dynasty Analysis: And with that, there's hope. McCarthy was efficient in this one and while his yards per attempt are that of a game manager and the fact he simply cannot find Justin Jefferson is troublesome, McCarthy at least looked capable this week. He'll need to string together more good performances to avoid Minnesota looking for competition next season if it's not already too late. McCarthy's ADP plunge will at least pause for a week.

Sam Darnold Dec 8 4:50pm CT
    Sam Darnold

Dynasty | Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold completed 20-of-30 passes for 249 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in a win against Atlanta. Dynasty Analysis: And yet again, Darnold feasted on a bad team. This is the narrative so far again this year for Danold, who has looked amazing when the lights aren't bright and awful when they are. It's a concern in reality but his fantasy season has been anything but a disaster. He should be solid again next week as he'll take on a Daniel Jones-less Colts squad. Darnold's value is pretty static at the moment.

Mike Evans Dec 8 4:50pm CT
    Mike Evans

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (collarbone) was listed as limited on Monday's estimated injury report, according to FOX Sports' Greg Auman. Evans resumed practicing last week for the first time since breaking his collarbone in Week 7, but he was held out of the upset loss on Sunday to the New Orleans Saints. Even with a short week upcoming on Thursday night versus the division-rival Atlanta Falcons, Evans has a real chance to come off Injured Reserve to make his return in Week 15. Fellow wideout Jalen McMillan (neck) is also in play to make his 2025 debut this week, so the Bucs could be getting some key pass-catchers back as they try to win the NFC South division in the final four weeks of the season. The 32-year-old Evans is a future Hall of Famer, but he'll be very risky as a starter in fantasy lineups this week if he's active with the Bucs potentially looking to limit his snaps following a lengthy absence.

    From RotoBaller

Drake London Dec 8 4:40pm CT
    Drake London

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London (knee) was listed as a non-participant on the team's estimated injury report on Monday, according to Greg Auman of FOX Sports. London hasn't practiced or played since spraining the PCL in his knee in Week 11, and although he's been listed as day-to-day this week, it's bad news that the 24-year-old is a DNP on Monday with the team's next game coming on Thursday night versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. London is going to need to get back on the practice field on Tuesday or Wednesday to have a shot at returning in Week 15. When active, London is a must-start for fantasy purposes, even with quarterback Kirk Cousins running the offense for the rest of the year. If London misses a third straight game, tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. should be the Falcons' leading receiver again.

    From RotoBaller

Mike Evans Dec 8 4:33pm CT
    Mike Evans

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (collarbone) was limited during practice Monday, Dec. 8. The Buccaneers only held a walkthrough Monday, so this is an estimation.

Fantasy Spin: Head coach Todd Bowles said Evans has a chance to play in Week 15, so fantasy players will need to see if he will be activated from the Reserve/Injured list before the game. He may not see his normal workload right away since he has missed extended time but can be at least a flex option when he returns.

    From TheHuddle

Chris Godwin Dec 8 4:33pm CT
    Chris Godwin

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) was limited during practice Monday, Dec. 8. The Buccaneers only held a walkthrough Monday, so this is an estimation.

Fantasy Spin: Godwin has been a solid option in the passing game since returning from injury and has posted 133 yards in the last two games. He should see a handful of targets again this week and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option.
