Looks like we finally hit seven votes in the poll. Protected rosters will be due on August 12th.
13 players- a legal starting lineup plus any four from your bench.
There's currently six votes for Aug 12th and two votes for Aug 1st. If the remaining four people who haven't voted all say Aug 1st then it's a tie, that's why the poll is still up. If one of the remaining four votes for Aug 12th then it's a done deal. So just as Ian said, August something....

One more thing, Jay said the 24th won't work for him because of a food festival he has to be at. I've changed it to Sunday the 25th so I hope that doesn't screw anyone up. If you have any complaints we have a new FFL92 customer service line. (517)977-2825 and ask for Rob.
Good advice Ian. The 3 choices in the poll are almost two weeks apart from each other so it's a pretty good range.
Lol Ian. Sometimes I type too fast. I thought the ability to be able to pick our protected rosters, pretty much after pre-season rather than before would be more popular. Maybe it's cause I have a lot of old players that I like that idea so much. My protected roster before and after pre-season could look vastly different.
I remember talking about this last year. How about August 11th for a new cutdown deadline? Just throwing it out there. That would give us about 2 weeks before draft day.
The main issue is getting owners attention at that time of year and having enough time to get even late protected rosters entered with a reasonable amount of time before draft.

Rashee Rice is wanted by the Dallas police. Depending on how that turns out Marquise might see a lot more than 3 targets a game.
It's gonna be interesting to see what kind of role Marquise Brown will have in KC. Arizona was near the bottom of the league in passing, KC is not near the bottom. He was going to be unprotected on my squad but that's changed so anything positive will be gravy.
There's been a lot of crazy shit going on with these signings, Jacobs to GB, Barkley in Philly. I'm fiending already, I need a hit of some NFL lol. I don't think we're done yet either, I'm sure Dallas ain't going into 2024 with Rico Dowdle as their starting RB.
How soon does Caleb Williams go in our draft... 🤔
Now is the time of year we usually discuss rule changes and such but I have heard no chatter. We made a lot of changes in the past couple years so I'm wondering if we're getting it dialed in to where most people like it or we're still figuring that out.
