Sorry, I've been a bit remiss on staying in touch and updating everyone about our upcoming annual obsession, the 2024 YODFL Season... It's been a helluva year.
I hope everyone is staying up to date on all of the NFL activity since the Superbowl; I know I've done over 100 Best Ball drafts....so me thinks I'm ready....🤓
Just a a little admin stuff:
- Draft Day 2024 is Aug 22nd at 7:30 p.m. - We will rung the draft on this website, you can access the draft board by going to the draft room and selecting the board icon.
- Cut Down Day is Aug 15th by 7:30 p.m. - All teams must be down to 10 players (including players you may still have on IR). I will be hounding everyone to get this done.....decisions, decisions.
- Annual Fee is $100; you can Zelle me anytime. See Fee chart and 2024 Payouts below.

Does anyone have any questions? Any recommendations for improving the league? Is anyone thinking they may not be able to participate this year? If so, let me know ASAP!
We could set up a pre-draft Zoom if anyone thinks we need one.......otherwise, hope you all are ready to roll....my team has vowed to stay healthy this year....so watch out! 🤑

Hi John,
Thanks for reminding me; we had discussed last year that most folks thought the cut date was too early and would like to see us have a later cut down date. With that in mind, I'm proposing we do the cut down one week prior to the draft on Aug 22nd; so cut down date would be Aug 15th by 7:30 p.m.
What are everyone's thoughts?

Hey Gang,
Sorry, lots going on this year....slipping on my commissioner duties.....I'm lookin to move our draft date to Thurs Aug 22nd at 7:00pm CST. Let me know if any of you have conflicts and we can try to move around (unfortunately, i had a business trip come up for Aug 28th so need to realign).
