This whole thing is crap and count me in on the "having a top kicker is an advantage" group. Boswell was #2 Kicker last season and shows no reason to believe he can't do it again. I'll gladly take his 12-point average.

Yes there have been Justin Tucker’s and Aubrey’s, kickers that actually hold value in a 14 cut league but those aren’t Boswell (and even tucker in prime wouldnt be worth a qb like herbert). Also any teams colluding wouldn’t do so on the website chat. No chat would be expected in that exact collusion situation. There was a player buying 2 teams in leagues and trading between them. Obviously someone wouldnt be communication with themselves. Chat really doesn’t really provide any evidence in these situations unless the culprits are really stupid
Understood. Commissioner will see no discussion was had. Out of the blue proposal. I googled Herbert to make sure he was playing this season. And rushed to accept. Didn't even care about Watson. He's almost droppable.
I have paid for kickers though. Guys that kick 60 plus are gold. Aubrey has won me a few and if I had to choose between; Watson would get cut before him.
