Thanks for the props ABCS.  As I know you all remember, I correctly said that Tennessee would hang around, but halftime adjustments would let Bills pull away.  I think I remember that happening.  "Tennessee tries to hang, but on a beautiful fall afternoon, and some halftime adjustments, they succumb to the mighty Buffalo Bills 27-13"

Mot - Stoner and I were texting about that last night, and I said the same thing.  NYJ and Miami don't bother me.  The division is ours.  Like you, I'm looking at conference opponents now and rooting against them, even if it means rooting for NYJ or Miami.

Gorgeous day yesterday, but again the Bills original game plan was not effective and they had to wait for halftime to make the necessary adjustments.  The better teams will require four quarters to beat them.  Fortunately, yesterday only required two.

I was actually rooting for the Jets( as much as I could bring myself to) in this game. My thought process was the Jets are in a free fall and are no threat to the Bills in the division. The Steelers on the other hand are very strong defensively and now at 5-2 have the same record as the Bills.

Looking ahead there’s a potential playoff meeting and if that happens I’d like to have the better record for the home field advantage. I know that’s all several weeks down the road but a Jets upset last night would’ve helped the Bills down the road as much as their loss helped us last night.

Looks like the Jets are the ones who should have switched QBs at the half. Or maybe they should trade for another WR they don’t need this week. Anyway, thank you Steelers!

Yes, props to Matto! Very nice! JWS is correct that that was a strange game. I like our ability to adjust on defense at halftime, but these first half slow starts on both sides of the ball are getting old.

JWS here is my post from last week. I was asking for props for my need to see Keon Coleman with the ball in his hands.

“Nice slant pattern to Coleman that he caught for a first down after the Jets stacked the box. Nice to see after last week's debacle when he didn't read the play and Josh nailed him in the helmet. I would like to see Coleman more with the ball in his hands - try to get him some easier catches like that one instead of asking him to be a miracle worker down the sideline all the time. Get him more catches, I like his RAC ability.”

As I left my morning coffee meeting this morning on way to Beaver for a 4 mile walk I predicted verbally a 30-13 Bills win. Not looking for props from this “tighter than a clam with lockjaw” group… just putting it out there….

PROPS awarded to Matto for a very close and correct prediction.  Wonder if he would have stuck with that prediction if asked at half time?!  Strange game.  Receiving corps looking better.  Bernard!  Also, I promised Commish at the game I would give him some deserved PROPS on a good prediction he made at our seats, but, given my advanced age, I forgot what it was he predicted!  Eric, please chime in to claim your PROPS.  Good to see ABCS, Rod and Jim at the Town Tavern the other night.  Are we all rooting for the Yankees now?  I am.
