Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (non-injury) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins has been held under 35 yards in three of his four games this season and only has 10 receptions in those games. He should see a handful of targets this week but is not a strong fantasy option.

Oct 9 1:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (rest) won't practice on Wednesday, Oct. 9, head coach Brian Callahan said.

Fantasy Spin: It's just a rest day for Hopkins, who is off to a lackluster start to the season, tallying just 10 catches for 121 yards and one touchdown. The biggest issue for Hopkins is the ineptitude of quarterback Will Levis and the offensive line, and the fact that he hasn't been playing a full complement of snaps. Hopkins is ideally left on the bench, but he could work his way into lineups as a very shaky flex option with four teams on bye.

Oct 5 10:20pm ET

Per Adam Schefter, Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins could be a candidate to be traded to the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. The news comes on the back of a report that Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice (knee) is scheduled to undergo an arthroscopic knee procedure early this week that will determine his status for the remainder of the season. Per Schefter, if Rice is ruled out, the team may eventually turn to the trade market to seek veteran help to bolster their receiving corps. Hopkins was reportedly linked to Kansas City and spoke "extensively" with the team before ultimately signing with Tennessee two seasons ago. Whether this comes to fruition remains to be seen, but the change of scenery would benefit the 32-year-old. The long-time Texan currently ranks second on his team in receiving yards (121) and third in receptions (10) and targets (14). However, most of that production has come over the last two games, and Hopkins has yet to play more than 46% of Tennessee's snaps -- ranking fourth amongst the team's wideouts in that category.

Oct 1 12:20am ET

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught two passes on four targets for 31 yards in a 31-12 min over Miami on Monday night. It was the second consecutive week Hopkins lead the team in receiving, although he was only able to muster 4.1 half-PPR fantasy points in this one. After quarterback Will Levis went down in the first quarter, the Titans virtually abandoned the passing game for the remainder of the contest and forced Miami to stop their ground attack, which they were unable to do. Because of this, Hopkins saw a limited number of looks with backup quarterback Mason Rudolph only attempting 17 passes in the game. The Titans now head into their bye week, but will likely need to throw a lot more when the Colts come to town in Week 6. Consider Hopkins a WR4 for fantasy moving forward due to the continued uncertainty surrounding this offense.

Sep 30 11:23pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins managed two receptions for 31 yards on four targets in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins, and that tied for the most receiving yards on the team Monday, Sept. 30.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins had had two or fewer catches and 31 or fewer receiving yards in three of his four games. He has had one useful fantasy performance to date, and the rest has been trash. It's not the fault of Hopkins, as the QB play for the Titans has been erratic, at best. You'll need to make alternate plans in Week 5, if you normally depend upon D-Hop, as the Titans are on a bye.

Sep 28 3:53pm ET

Tennessee Titans DL Jeffery Simmons (elbow) did not practice on Saturday, Sept. 28, and is doubtful for Week 4. Also, S Amani Hooker (face) and CB L'Jarius Sneed (hamstring) were limited and are questionable, and OT Jaelyn Duncan (shoulder) and WR DeAndre Hopkins (rest) practiced in full and carry no designation.

From TheHuddle

Sep 28 3:53pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (rest) practiced in full for the second straight day on Saturday, Sept. 28, and carries no designation for Week 4.

Fantasy Spin: Coming off his best game of the 2024 season in Week 3, Hopkins is worth a look as a flex in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins.

From TheHuddle

Sep 27 5:00pm ET

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins heads into a primetime matchup vs. the Miami Dolphins in Week 4. The veteran enjoyed a breakout performance in Week 4 with over 70 yards and a score, finally looking back to full strength after dealing with a knee injury for over a month. One week is a tiny sample size, but Hopkins took back over as the lead receiver for the Titans vs. Green Bay and may continue that against Miami. Quarterback Will Levis continues to struggle with a bad offensive line and poor decision making, which hurts Hopkins' value, but it's worth noting that the duo torched Miami last season for 124 yards and a touchdown. Hopkins is back in flex territory as of now, but keep expectations tempered.

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (rest) practiced in full on Friday, Sept. 27, after not taking part the day before.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins was back after taking a rest day. After finally posting a strong performance in Week 3, Hopkins is on the flex radar in Week 4.

Sep 26 4:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (rest) did not practice on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Fantasy Spin: It's just a rest day for Hopkins, who is coming off his best game of the 2024 campaign after securing six catches for 73 yards and a touchdown. He's a flex option in Week 4.

From TheHuddle

Sep 22 5:10pm ET

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught six passes for 73 yards and a touchdown in a loss to Green Bay. The performance was a welcome sight for fantasy managers, as Hopkins had only mustered two catches for seventeen yards over the first two weeks to start the year. "Nuk" was targeted seven times on the afternoon, which led all Titans pass catchers. Calvin Ridley had been the favorite target of Levis up to this point, but Hopkins took that crown against Green Bay, snagging passes all over the field including an 11-yard touchdown pass in the 3rd quarter. Hopkins will look to build on this promising performance next week at Miami.

From RotoBaller

Sep 22 4:53pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins registered six receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown on seven targets in Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins was limited to just one catch and nine or fewer yards in each of the first two games, so this was a breath of fresh air for impatient fantasy managers. Hopefully this is the start of Hop and Will Levis getting on the same page and jelling after a rough start. We'll find out a lot more in Week 4 in Miami. Still, treat Hopkins as more of a WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams until this kind of stat line becomes the norm.

From TheHuddle

Sep 20 5:50pm ET

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins takes on the Green Bay Packers in Week 3. It's been a forgettable start to the year for the veteran wideout, who has logged only two catches for seventeen yards through the first couple of games. The snap counts and target volume indicate that Hopkins is still potentially hampered from a torn MCL suffered in July, but regardless, the production is a concern. With the Titans passing offense in flux and Calvin Ridley being the alpha WR at the moment, it's hard to justify starting Hopkins in any format. The former All-Pro is better left on benches until he looks fully back to normal.

From RotoBaller

Sep 18 12:53pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins needs to be more involved in the offense, head coach Brian Callahan said on Monday, Sept. 16. 'I have to do a better job of getting him involved,' Callahan said. 'I have to do a better job of getting him targets... That's ultimately on me.'

Fantasy Spin: While Callahan's comments are certainly promising and a reason to not give up on Hopkins just yet, the fact that he's only had three targets over two games means you have to keep him on the bench until we see more.

From TheHuddle

Sep 15 8:20pm ET

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught one pass for nine yards in a 24-17 loss to the Jets in Week 2. It was the second straight near-dud for the veteran receiver, who could not get anything going on a day that where his teammate Calvin Ridley scored over 20 fantasy points. It's possible that Hopkins is still a bit slow to come back from the MCL injury, but it's concerning to record only two targets in an offense that is struggling to move the bar through the air. Levis and Hopkins showed some great chemistry last season, but Ridley seems to have snatched the crown from him in the Titans pecking order. With not many yards to go around, this is not a good sign for his rest-of-season outlook. Hopkins will look to rebound in Week 3 vs. Green Bay.

From RotoBaller

Sep 15 7:13pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins caught one pass for nine yards against the New York Jets in Week 2. He was targeted two times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins dealt with a knee injury during training camp but has posted only two receptions and 17 yards in the first two games. He does not appear to be a primary target for Will Levis and can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Sep 13 6:00pm ET

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins faces the New York Jets and their stingy secondary in Week 2 of NFL action. The veteran receiver has been taken off the injury report completely after playing limited snaps against Chicago due to an MCL injury. That is wonderful news for both Hopkins managers and the Titans offense in general, which really struggled to move the ball downfield in Week 1. However, playing Hopkins against the Jets secondary that was #1 against opposing wideouts last year is not advisable. "Nuk" should be kept out of lineups this week.

From RotoBaller

Sep 12 8:43pm ET

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins is expected to be more involved in the offense in Week 2 after being limited to 17 snaps during the season opener, according to head coach Brian Callahan.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins has been recovering from an injury but likely will see more targets against the New York Jets. He could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues if he receives a bigger role.
