Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 18, and is listed as questionable for Week 7.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp probably will be a game-time decision, so fantasy players will need check the inactive list for his official status. He is one of the better receivers in the NFL when healthy and should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues if active.

Oct 18 3:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is considered questionable to play in the Week 7 game on Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. Head coach Sean McVay said a decision on Kupp could come down to closer to game time on Sunday. Kupp suffered an ankle sprain in Week 2 but has made good progress coming out of the bye week and could return to action this weekend. However, the 31-year-old is up in the air, making the decision to play him in fantasy lineups in Week 7 a little tricky with the Rams not kicking off until the later slate on Sunday. LA plays again next Thursday night on a quick turnaround against the Minnesota Vikings, too, which could influence their decision to rest Kupp for another week. The good news is Kupp "had a good week" of practice. If he returns on Sunday, Kupp will be a must-start for fantasy managers in an excellent matchup.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) will be listed as questionable for Week 7 against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to head coach Sean McVay on Friday, Oct. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Even though we will not find out Friday's practice status for a while longer, the fact he has logged consecutive limited practices to begin the week bodes well for his return this weekend. While the Raiders have held up much better against receivers in recent weeks, they have not faced a decent passing attack over that stretch. Zay Flowers and Diontae Johnson each had their way with the Las Vegas secondary, so Kupp is a must-start if he suits up this weekend.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 17.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp has been working his way back from the injury and could be a game-time decision this week. He is a weekly fantasy option when healthy, so fantasy players should check on his status later in the week.

Oct 17 7:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receivers Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Jordan Whittington (shoulder) were both limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Kupp suffered a left high-ankle sprain in Week 2 and hasn't played since, but he's getting closer to making a return and could be active this Sunday in a great matchup against the floundering Las Vegas Raiders. The 31-year-old veteran is most likely to be listed as questionable on Friday, but he still has one more day to impress the coaching and training staff. Head coach Sean McVay said on Wednesday that Kupp was trending in the right direction. Fantasy managers definitely will want to get Kupp back in their starting lineups if he's able to get the green light to play. He was looking like a league-winner before his injury, catching 18 of 27 targets for 147 yards and a touchdown in two games.

Updating previous reports, Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is 'trending in the right direction' to return in Week 7, per head coach Sean McVay, who added he would feel confident in Kupp playing this Sunday if he's able to practice on Thursday, Oct. 17, and Friday, Oct. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp had 14 catches in Week 1 and four in Week 2 before getting injured. If he's back in action, he should immediately return to your starting lineup.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Fantasy Spin: The team was hoping Kupp could return for the Week 7 game, and he seems to have a decent chance to play. Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation because he is a weekly starting option in all leagues when healthy.

Oct 16 5:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that it's possible that wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) makes his return in Week 7 to face the Las Vegas Raiders. The Athletic's Jourdan Rodrigue reports that Kupp will do individual drills with his position group in practice on Wednesday, according to McVay. It means that Kupp will likely be listed as limited on Wednesday's final injury report. Kupp is trying to return from a left high-ankle sprain that he suffered in the Week 2 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Before the injury, though, he was looking unstoppable with 18 catches (27 targets) for 147 yards and a touchdown in two games. If the 31-year-old returns to face the Raiders this Sunday, he could eat for fantasy managers with Puka Nacua (knee) still on Injured Reserve.

Oct 14 9:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) had a positive workout on Monday. The veteran wideout appears to be trending in the right direction ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. It sounds like Kupp has a chance at suiting up this weekend, but that'll depend on how he feels during practice. Kupp hasn't played since he was forced to exit early during the Week 2 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. He'd immediately go right back into his WR1 spot if he's cleared to suit up in Week 7. Fantasy managers will have to check back for another update during the week.

Oct 14 9:33pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) had a positive workout on Monday, Oct. 14, and it's possible he returns in Week 7, per sources. The next step for Kupp will be to see what he can do in practice.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp hasn't played since Week 2 due to a high-ankle sprain. If he suits up and plays a full complement of snaps, Kupp is a borderline WR1, as he should get peppered with targets with Puka Nacua (knee) out another week.

Oct 14 3:00pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is scheduled to work on the side with trainers today in LA's first practice since their Week 6 bye, per Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times. Currently, no designation has been made about his status for Sunday. It's ideal news for Kupp ahead of the earliest anticipated target date for his return. However, fantasy managers will want to monitor his status over the coming days ahead of the team's Week 7 home tilt against the Las Vegas Raiders. The 31-year-old hasn't appeared in a game since he was forced from the Rams' Week 2 loss to the Cardinals early, and he would be an immediate boost to LA's offense and fantasy lineups upon his return. The Raiders have been one of the stronger matchups against opposing passing attacks, but Kupp would present as a solid WR2/3 in his first game back if he's healthy enough to suit up.

Oct 14 2:43pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) will workout with trainers at practice, but no determination has been made about his availability for the Week 7 game against the Las Vegas Raiders, head coach Sean McVay told reporters Monday, Oct. 14.

Fantasy Spin: There's a chance Kupp returns this week, but the Rams also could take the cautious route given their 1-4 record coming out of the bye week. If Kupp plays without a pitch count, managers should put him in the starting lineup. However, they should have a pivot option ready in case Kupp needs another week to recover.

From TheHuddle

Oct 7 7:13pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) hopefully will be able to return for the Week 7 game, but head coach Sean McVay said there is no definite timetable for Kupp's return.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to check on Kupp's practice participation next week to see if he has a chance to play in Week 7. He is one of the main options in the passing game when healthy and should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues if active.

From TheHuddle

Oct 7 6:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that a Week 7 return for wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) "would be an ideal target" while adding that was the "optimistic target date" from a few weeks ago. "By no means is that guaranteed," McVay said. The head coach declined to say whether Kupp would be back at practice after the team's bye in Week 6. A sprained left ankle suffered back in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals has kept the 31-year-old sidelined ever since. Fantasy managers are desperately waiting for Kupp's return, as he was looking like his 2021 self when he was named the Offensive Player of the Year. Through two games before spraining his ankle in 2024, Kupp had 18 catches on 27 targets for 147 yards and one touchdown. With Puka Nacua (knee) on Injured Reserve as well, Tutu Atwell, Demarcus Robinson and Jordan Whittington have seen role boosts.

Oct 6 10:03am ET

The Los Angeles Rams are hopeful that WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) will be able to return to action for their Week 7 game against the Las Vegas Raiders, as long as there are no setbacks in practice, according to multiple sources.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp will miss his third consecutive game this week because of a high ankle sprain but could be back on the field following the Rams' Week 6 bye. WR Tutu Atwell has been the team's top receiver in Kupp's absence and can be at least a flex option in most fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 8:30am ET

The Los Angeles Rams are planning for wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring) to return in Week 7 versus the Las Vegas Raiders, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Kupp's return to the field hinges on him avoiding setbacks during practice, but as of now, it looks like Kupp will get back into game action after the Rams' Week 6 bye. That's great news for Matthew Stafford and the Rams, who have endured some offensive struggles with both Kupp and Puka Nacua (ankle) sidelined. As soon as he returns, Kupp, who caught 14 of 21 targets for 110 yards and a touchdown back in Week 1, should be viewed as a high-end fantasy WR1. When that happens, players like Tutu Atwell and Demarcus Robinson would see a reduction in volume.

From RotoBaller

Oct 4 6:43pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 4, and has been ruled out for Week 5.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to check on Kupp's status next week to see if he will have a chance to play in Week 6. Tutu Atwell has been the main receiver for the Rams while Kupp has been sidelined and could be at least a flex option in most leagues.
