Whether on the ground or through the air, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (left hand) delivers 20+ fantasy point performances. He hasn't had a disappointing result since Week 5. Fantasy managers hope that doesn't change in Week 11 against a stout Kansas City defense. The Chiefs are better against the run than the pass, but Allen will also be without two of his primary receivers. Tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) and wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) will be inactive. Amari Cooper (wrist) is questionable. Allen appeared on the injury report again with a hand injury that hasn't hampered him at all. Despite all that, Allen ranks as a QB1 in what should be a highly competitive game that could determine home-field advantage in the postseason.
From RotoBaller
The Kansas City Chiefs defense will face quarterback Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills in Week 11. Kansas City has been a solid unit this season and sealed their most recent victory with a last-second blocked field goal. The Chiefs defense has recovered three fumbles, caught five interceptions, and collected 19 sacks this season. This defensive unit will be tested against the Buffalo Bills offense this week. Josh Allen has only been sacked 13 times this season, making him one of the hardest quarterbacks to take down. The Bills also have an effective run game behind a dynamic running back named James Cook. With both teams jockeying for the top seed in the AFC, this contest could turn into a defensive matchup. Both teams can dominate the time of possession through effective runs and quick passes. That said, both offenses can also run up the score in this contest, giving it a wide range of outcomes. The Chiefs are ranked as the 17th-best defense in our RotoBaller rankings this week, meaning fantasy managers should look for other options.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (hand) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 15, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.
Fantasy Spin: Allen will be without a few of his pass catchers this week but should have some success against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues as long as he is healthy.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman (wrist) and TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 11 versus the considered Chiefs. LB Matt Milano (biceps) was limited in practice all week but has also been ruled out. OL Spencer Brown (ankle) and WR Amari Cooper (wrist) were limited in practice on Friday, Nov. 15, and are listed as questionable. QB Josh Allen (hand), CB Christian Benford (wrist), LB Terrel Bernard (ankle, pectoral), CB Kaiir Elam (shoulder), FB Reggie Gilliam (hip), WR Mack Hollins (shoulder), DT DaQuan Jones (foot), TE Quintin Morris (shoulder, hamstring), S Taylor Rapp (foot, shoulder), WR Curtis Samuel (pectoral, foot), DE Casey Toohill (knee) and LB Dorian Williams (knee) practiced in full.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (hand) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 14.
Fantasy Spin: Allen has been dealing with some injuries with his pass catchers over the last few weeks and may be without Keon Coleman and Dalton Kincaid in Week 11. He is still one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL and should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (left hand) was a full participant in Wednesday's walk-through. Allen is battling a left hand injury that is clearly not bothering him very much given his full participation in practice. Allen's injury is also to his non-throwing hand so there is not much cause for concern here. Allen is enjoying another excellent season in 2024. He currently sits as the QB5 in fantasy football through Week 10. Most importantly, Allen only has six turnovers this season after giving the ball away 22 times in 2023. He will face a tall task in Week 11 when the annual Bills vs. Chiefs game is played. This game will be played in Buffalo, and while the Chiefs have an excellent defense, Allen should still be a QB1 in fantasy.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills OL Spencer Brown (ankle), WR Keon Coleman (wrist) and TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 13. Also, WR Amari Cooper (wrist) and LB Matt Milano (biceps) were limited and QB Josh Allen (hand), CB Christian Benford (wrist), LB Terrel Bernard (ankle, pectoral), CB Kaiir Elam (shoulder), FB Reggie Gilliam (hip), WR Mack Hollins (shoulder), DT DaQuan Jones (foot), TE Quintin Morris (shoulder, hamstring), S Taylor Rapp (foot, shoulder), WR Curtis Samuel (pectoral, foot), DE Casey Toohill (knee) and LB Dorian Williams (knee) practiced in full. Buffalo's injury report was an estimation because the team only conducted a walkthrough.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (hand) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 13. The injury report was an estimation after the Bills only conducted a walkthrough.
Fantasy Spin: Allen is making his weekly appearance on the injury report, so there is no concern for his status. He's a locked-in QB1, per usual.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 22 of 37 passes for 280 yards and two interceptions in the team's 30-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. That broke his four-game streak of at least two passing touchdowns. However, Allen rushed for 50 yards on eight carries and scored on one attempt from 13 yards out in the second quarter. Without top receivers Amari Cooper (wrist) and Keon Coleman (wrist) in the lineup, Allen relied on his legs more than he has in recent weeks. The Bills host an outstanding Kansas City defense in Week 11.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 22-of-37 passes for 280 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts, while adding eight runs for 50 yards and a touchdown.
Fantasy Spin: The interceptions were stunning, as it was Allen's first game this season with multiple picks. After no interceptions in his first seven games, Allen has at least one in three straight outings. The yardage total was nice, and the rushing score helped salvage the line, but it wasn't one of Allen's best games for fantasy managers. He'll look to rebound in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
From TheHuddle
After an up-and-down start to the season, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (left hand) has thrown at least two touchdowns in his last four games. That could continue against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The Colts' secondary has allowed 14 touchdown passes this season, which is good for ninth-most in the league. The Bills have also shifted to a more pass-happy approach to their offense. Allen's attempted 33, 34, and 39 passes in the last three games. Those attempts could decline if Amari Cooper (questionable, wrist) and Keon Coleman (out, wrist) aren't in the lineup on Sunday. As has been the case for the last several weeks, Allen's left hand injury is not keeping him from practicing. Allen is a high-end QB1, once again, against the Colts.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills WR Josh Allen (hand) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.
Fantasy Spin: Allen will be without at least one of his receivers this week but should still put up good numbers. He should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman (wrist) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts. WR Amari Cooper (wrist) and FB Reggie Gilliam (hip) were limited in practice all week and are listed as questionable. LB Baylon Spector (calf) was added to the injury report on Friday, Nov. 8, and is also listed as questionable. WR Mack Hollins (shoulder) and WR Curtis Samuel (pectoral) were limited on Friday but have been removed from the injury report. QB Josh Allen (hand), CB Christian Benford (wrist), LB Terrel Bernard (ankle, pectoral), OT Spencer Brown (wrist), CB Kaiir Elam (shoulder), CB Taron Johnson (forearm), DT DaQuan Jones (foot), TE Dalton Kincaid (knee), TE Dawson Knox (ankle), DB Cam Lewis (shoulder), TE Quintin Morris (shoulder, hamstring), S Taylor Rapp (foot), DE Casey Toohill (knee) and LB Dorian Williams (knee) practiced in full on Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (hand) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 7.
Fantasy Spin: Allen has been on the injury report for a few weeks but is in no danger of missing any games because of the injury. He has been one of the most productive quarterbacks in the NFL and is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman (wrist) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Also, WR Amari Cooper (wrist), CB Kaiir Elam (shoulder), FB Reggie Gilliam (hip) and WR Curtis Samuel (pectoral) were limited, and LB Terrel Bernard (ankle, pectoral) QB Josh Allen (hand), CB Christian Benford (wrist), OL Spencer Brown, WR Mack Hollins (shoulder), CB Taron Johnson (forearm), DT DaQuan Jones (foot), TE Dalton Kincaid (knee), TE Dawson Knox (ankle), DB Cam Lewis (shoulder), TE Quintin Morris (shoulder, hamstring), S Taylor Rapp (foot), DE Casey Toohill (knee) and LB Dorian Williams (knee) practiced in full. From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (hand) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
Fantasy Spin: Allen is a staple on the injury report at this point, but as long as he keeps practicing in full, there's no concern. Allen remains an elite QB1.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo's QB Josh Allen scored 25.45 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 9 win against the Dolphins. Allen threw for 235 yards on 25-of-39 with three touchdowns and one interception. It's the 4th time this season Allen scored at least 25 fantasy points in a game.
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 25 of 39 pass attempts for 235 yards and three touchdowns in the team's 30-27 victory over the Miami Dolphins. He also threw one interception on a mishandled pass by wide receiver Keon Coleman. As has been the case for the last few weeks, Allen didn't do much with his legs (two carries for seven yards). Rookie running back Ray Davis did the heavy lifting on Allen's longest touchdown pass, turning a short gain into a 63-yard catch-and-run. Allen's other two scores were short completions to Mack Hollins and Quintin Morris. Allen will be ranked as a QB1 next weekend when the Bills travel to Indianapolis.
