Either way, he should have his best opportunity to produce in 2024, though his upside is likely limited with rookie Jayden Daniels starting at quarterback.

At worst, he'll probably settle in as the WR3 in Washington, but as of right now, fantasy managers in standard 12-team leagues can probably look elsewhere in the later rounds.
