Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram should still be viewed as a TE1 in Week 10 but should be slightly downgraded against the Vikings. That is due to starting quarterback Trevor Lawrence likely being out due to injury this Sunday, and Mac Jones potentially being at the helm instead. While it's possible Engram is fine with a different QB, the change would make him a riskier fantasy option than usual. Given the volatile nature of the tight end position in fantasy, managers shouldn't bench him, but expectations should be tempered slightly. He had 10 targets last week, but only caught five of them for 45 yards. That is around the level he should be at against the Vikings in what should be a similar game script. Engram is still a starting fantasy tight end but has less upside than usual in Week 10.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram caught five of 10 targets for 45 yards during Sunday's Week 9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. With Christian Kirk (collarbone) and Gabe Davis (shoulder) sidelined, there were extra opportunities available for Jacksonville's pass-catchers. Engram ended up being the biggest benefactor, commanding double-digit targets for the second time in the last four weeks. He'll rank as a mid-to-low TE1 in Week 10 against the Minnesota Vikings.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram caught five of his 10 targets for 45 yards in a 28-23 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 9.
Fantasy Spin: Engram led the team in catches, targets and yards, and with Christian Kirk sidelined, Engram should stay busy moving forward.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram is the last healthy receiving option heading into Sunday's matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brian Thomas Jr. and Gabe Davis are questionable along with running backs Travis Etienne Jr. and Tank Bigsby. Christian Kirk was ruled out for the rest of the season after last week's game, making Engram essentially the last man standing. Since returning from injury in Week 6, Engram has amassed 19 receptions and 173 yards, with most of that coming against the Chicago Bears. Engram should be more involved this week against the Eagles, making him an even better starting fantasy option as a tight end than usual. Engram is a clear TE1 option in Week 9, especially in PPR leagues given his potential for a huge target share.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram saved his fantasy day with a late touchdown in a 30-27 loss to the Green Bay Packers. The veteran tight end finished with four catches for 36 yards and a touchdown, which he scored to tie the game with a minute and 48 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Engram was outgained by backup tight end Brenton Strange, who finished with five receptions (team-high) and 59 yards (1 off the team lead). While it is reassuring Engram caught a touchdown, he has been very up and down this season. After missing a few games, Engram returned with a 10 reception performance, but now has just nine receptions combined in the last two games. Despite that, Engram should be considered a top tight end play in fantasy in Week 9 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram posted four receptions for 36 yards and a touchdown on five targets in Week 8 against the Green Bay Packers.
Fantasy Spin: Engram has had four or more receptions in each of his three games since returning from injury, and Sunday he scored his first touchdown of the season. He is back as a TE1 in all fantasy leagues, and he could see even more targets with Brian Thomas Jr. and Christian Kirk exiting Week 8 with injuries. Engram might be the top option in the pass game, even more so than usual.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram is a top tight end option in a Week 8 matchup with the Green Bay Packers. The veteran tight end has been efficient since returning from injury two weeks ago, catching all 15 of his targets. After a 10-catch, 102-yard performance against the Chicago Bears, Engram came back down to Earth a bit with a five-catch, 35-yard performance against the New England Patriots. Given the volatility of the position and Engram's expectations entering the season, he should be started without hesitation this week. The Packers have been good against the pass this season but have been better against wide receivers than tight ends, meaning Engram could be in for an outing closer to his Week 6 performance than last week's performance. Engram should be viewed as a clear TE1 who should be Trevor Lawrence's go-to receiver this week.

Jacksonville Jaguars DT Maason Smith (ankle) did not take part in practice on Friday, Oct. 25, but is questionable for Week 8. Also, RB Travis Etienne (hamstring), DT Esezi Otomewo (calf), OL Cam Robinson (concussion), LB Foyesade Oluokun (foot) and S Andrew Wingard (knee) were limited and are questionable, WR Gabe Davis (knee) was limited but carries no designation and DE Arik Armstead (shoulder) and TE Evan Engram (hamstring) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram (hamstring) was a full participant in practice for the second consecutive day on Friday, Oct. 25, and was removed from the injury report for Week 8.
Fantasy Spin: Following a 100-yard performance in Week 6, Engram came back down to earth last week with five catches for 35 yards. Even still, he remains a borderline TE1 option entering Week 8.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram (hamstring) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Thursday. He had been limited on Wednesday. This improvement in status is great news for Engram and suggests that he should be able to play against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8, barring some sort of unexpected setback. The 30-year-old has been a top contributor over the last two weeks, catching 15 passes for 137 yards and one touchdown during that span. He's a very solid TE1 option for Sunday's game against the Packers.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram (hamstring) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 24.
Fantasy Spin: Engram appears to be nearly fully recovered from his injury and should not have any limitations. He is one of the main options in the passing game and can be a No. 1 tight end in most fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars DE Arik Armstead (shoulder), WR Gabe Davis (knee), RB Travis Etienne (hamstring), LB Foyesade Oluokun (foot), DT Esezi Otomewo (calf), OT Cam Robinson (concussion) and S Andrew Wingard (knee) were limited. TE Evan Engram (hamstring) practiced in full.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram (hamstring) continued to be limited with a hamstring injury in the first practice of the week on Wednesday. Engram injured his hamstring in pre-game warmups before Week 2 and then missed four games as a result. In two games since his return, he's caught all 15 of his targets for 137 yards and no touchdowns against the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots. Unless the 30-year-old veteran suffers a setback with his hamstring later this week, he should be ready to rock for Sunday's contest against the visiting Green Bay Packers, where he should be treated as a midrange TE1 in fantasy. In seven games this year, the Packers defense is allowing the 10th-most half-PPR points per game to opposing tight ends.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram (hamstring) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 23.
Fantasy Spin: Engram is coming off a disappointing Week 7 game but has been targeted 15 times since returning to the lineup. He has a good connection with Trevor Lawrence and should be a No. 1 tight end in most fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram caught all five of his targets for 35 yards during Sunday's Week 7 win over the New England Patriots in London. The veteran pass-catcher has been quite productive in two weeks since returning from injury, catching 15 passes for 137 yards during that span. One would have to imagine that his strong stretch of games will continue when the Jaguars return stateside to face the Green Bay Packers next week. After all, Engram is looking like the Jaguars' second-best pass-catcher behind Brian Thomas Jr. Fantasy managers should treat the 30-year-old as a mid-to-low TE1 option in fantasy football.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram caught five passes for 35 yards against the New England Patriots in Week 7. He was targeted five times during the game.
Fantasy Spin: The Jaguars did not throw a lot during the game, so Engram's receiving yards were down from his last game. He still appears to be a big part of the passing game and should be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram is a must-start in Week 7 against the New England Patriots in London. With no injury designation this week, Engram's hamstring injury seems to be behind him. The veteran tight end made a splash on his return with 10 catches for 102 yards on 10 targets. Despite returning from injury, Engram was the top target for Trevor Lawrence on the day. While the plethora of receiver options may make it hard for that trend to continue, Engram easily profiles as a TE1 given this week's solid matchup with the Patriots. The Bears have one of the best defenses in the league so far this season, so the Patriots should serve as an easier matchup for the Jaguars offense. Even if Lawrence spreads the ball around more than last week, Engram should put up mid to high-tier TE1 numbers in Week 7.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 18, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Fantasy Spin: Engram was a big part of the passing game in Week 6 and likely will be one of the main options again this week. He should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars CB Tyson Campbell (hamstring) and RB Travis Etienne (hamstring) were limited in practice all week and are listed as questionable for Week 7 against the New England Patriots. DE Arik Armstead (shoulder), WR Gabe Davis (knee), TE Evan Engram (hamstring) and OL Anton Harrison (knee) practiced in full on Friday, Oct. 18, and have been removed from the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram (hamstring) put in a second straight limited practice this week on Thursday. Engram injured his hamstring during pre-game warmups in Week 2 and didn't return until last week's loss in London to the Chicago Bears. The 30-year-old returned with a bang, though, catching eight of 10 targets for 102 yards. The Jaguars are likely just being cautious keeping Engram limited in practice this week to ensure that he doesn't suffer a setback for a second straight London game this weekend against the New England Patriots. Fantasy managers should have Engram locked into their lineups as a surefire TE1 as the Jags go for their second win of the season. Even if Engram is listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report, we're pretty confident he'll be available against the Pats as he looks for an encore.
