Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp returned from his four-game absence at the same time Puka Nacua came back, and they brought the offensive firepower along with them. Kupp registered eight targets, five receptions, 51 yards, and one touchdown to help push the team to a 3-4 record with the 30-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings. The only other pass-catcher with more targets was Nacua, and Kupp finished with the second-most receiving yards and longest catch of the game. He'll look to keep this momentum going in a Week 9 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

Oct 25 2:43am ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp caught five passes for 51 yards and a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday, Oct. 24. Kupp was targeted eight times.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp, who caught 14 passes for 110 yards and a TD in his only other full game this year, didn't match his crazy Week 1 production, which included being targeted 21 times, but Thursday was his first full game with Puka Nacua around. How the split will play out is an interesting story, and at least against the Vikings it appeared they were more concerned with Kupp than Nacua. The veteran should be viewed as a midrange WR2 for now, and we'll see how things shake out next Sunday against Seattle.

Oct 23 4:33pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 23, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp is on track to return to the lineup this week and should see a good amount of the targets in the passing game. He should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 23 4:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is off the injury report and is expected to play on Thursday evening according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Kupp has been sidelined since Week 3 after suffering an ankle injury during the second week of the season. In the season opener, the former Super Bowl MVP caught an impressive 14 receptions for 110 yards and a score off 21 targets. Before leaving early in Week 2, Kupp brought in four of his six targets. Fantasy managers should feel confident starting the 31-year-old in all formats on Thursday night as he should see a hefty target share and have top-10 positional upside in PPR formats facing a Minnesota defense who has allowed the most points to opposing wideouts.

Oct 22 7:43pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was a full participant in practice for the second straight day on Tuesday, Oct. 22. The injury report was an estimation.

Fantasy Spin: Despite being an estimation, the two full practices put Kupp, who almost played last week, on track to return in Week 8. Fellow wideout Puka Nacua (knee) was designated to return from injured reserve this week, but it remains to be seen if he'll actually suit up. The Rams figure to lean heavily on Kupp, making him a WR1.

Oct 22 7:33pm ET

Los Angeles Rams LB Troy Reeder (hamstring) and DE Braden Fiske (back) did not practice on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Also, WR Jordan Whittington (shoulder), WR Puka Nacua (knee) and DL Neville Gallimore (shoulder) were limited and WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) and OL Joe Noteboom (ankle) practiced in full. The injury report was an estimation, as the Rams only held a walkthrough.

Oct 22 2:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) may not remain with the team through the trade deadline, as the team is reportedly open to trading him and take on some salary to get a deal done, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini.

Fantasy Spin: Considering how many good receivers were lost to injury this weekend, now may be the right time for the Rams to consider this move. Two of the more interesting and obvious suitors would be the Kansas City Chiefs (who lost Rashee Rice for the season and his replacement JuJu Smith-Schuster last week to a hamstring injury) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who lost slot receiver Chris Godwin for the season and have former Rams offensive coordinator Liam Coen calling the plays. Either spot would be a great one for his fantasy managers, although it does not change the fact he has struggled with injuries since his historic 2021 season.

From TheHuddle

Oct 22 2:00pm ET

The Athletic's Dianna Russini reports that the Los Angeles Rams have called multiple teams about possibly trading former Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp (ankle), according to sources. The Rams have indicated a willingness to take on some of Kupp's 2024 salary and are looking for a second-round draft selection in return. Kupp suffered an ankle sprain in Week 2 and hasn't played since, but he's expected to return for LA's Week 8 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings this Thursday night. The 31-year-old veteran was also looking more like the Offensive Player of the Year he was in 2021 in his first two games with 18 catches for 147 yards and one touchdown before his injury. The Kansas City Chiefs are one of the most banged-up teams at the receiver position, so they could make the most sense if the Rams are indeed dangling Kupp. Stay tuned.

Oct 21 6:40pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams listed wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) as a full participant on Monday's estimated practice report ahead of their Week 8 game this Thursday night against the Minnesota Vikings. The Rams fully expect Kupp to play on Thursday night for the first time since spraining his ankle in Week 2, but head coach Sean McVay said that Kupp's workload in his first game back is "to be determined." It will likely depend on good the 31-year-old veteran wideout looks over the next couple of days in practice. And even then, Kupp will carry a decent amount of risk in his first game back. Before his injury, Kupp was looking more like the version of himself that won Offensive Player of the Year in 2021, catching 18 of his 27 targets for 147 yards and a touchdown. With Puka Nacua (knee) still on Injured Reserve, too, Kupp should be heavily targeted whenever he is on the field.

Oct 21 5:53pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) fully participated in practice Monday, Oct. 21. The Rams did not hold a practice Monday, so this is an estimation.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp was not able to play in the last game but seems to have a good chance to be on the field for the Week 8. He should be a starting option in all fantasy leagues if he is active for the game.

From TheHuddle

Oct 21 1:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that wide receiver Cooper Kupp's (ankle) workload for the upcoming Thursday night game in Week 8 against the Minnesota Vikings is "to be determined." "That'll be something that as we're putting it together and really diving into it, we'll have a better feel for, but definitely excited to have him back," McVay said. The Rams are expecting Kupp to play on Thursday for the first time since spraining his ankle back in Week 2, but it's unclear at this time if the 31-year-old will play a normal complement of snaps for LA's offense. Kupp only practiced on a limited basis last week and may not get in a full session on a short week before facing Minnesota, which will make him a volatile option for starting fantasy lineups in Week 8. But with Puka Nacua (knee) still on Injured Reserve, Kupp is going to be quarterback Matthew Stafford's preferred target when he's on the field.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 9:53pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is expected to play against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8, head coach Sean McVay said Sunday, Oct. 20.

Fantasy Spin: Assuming he doesn't suffer a setback, expect Kupp to be busy in his return to action. In his only full game this season, he finished with 14 receptions on 21 targets.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 8:20pm ET

According to Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay, wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is expected to return for Thursday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. The wideout has been on the shelf with an ankle injury, although he's been recently inching closer toward a return. While there's a chance he's limited in his first game back, assuming he officially receives the green light, he's a must-start in any format. That said, Kupp's anticipated presence in Week 8 could mean fewer targets for Tutu Atwell, Demarcus Robinson, and Jordan Whittington.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 3:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) has been declared inactive for the Week 7 game.

Fantasy Spin: The team were hoping that Kupp would be ready to play, but it seems like he needs a bit more time before he is ready to play. Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington will be the main receivers for the Rams and can be flex options in leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 2:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is officially inactive for Week 7 against the Las Vegas Raiders. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the wrong direction ahead of kickoff. The star pass-catcher has been sidelined since injuring his ankle in the middle of Week 2. He dominated during the season opener, catching 14 of 21 targets for 110 yards and one touchdown. As soon as he's healthy enough to play, he'll rank as a WR1 while catching passes from Matthew Stafford. In the meantime, Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell will step up as Los Angeles' top two wide receivers. Colby Parkinson and Demarcus Robinson will also remain heavily involved.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 2:43pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams have declared WR Cooper Kupp, QB Stetson Bennett, DE Jonah X. Williams, DL Desjuan Johnson, CB Tre'Davious White and RB Cody Schrader inactive for Week 7.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 9:53am ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is not expected to play in Week 7's game against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to multiple sources. However, he is still likely to participate in pregame warmups before the team makes a final decision about him.

Fantasy Spin: Kupp had been listed as questionable on the injury report after being a limited participant in all three of the team's practice sessions during the week. He is one of the league's better receivers when healthy and should be a starting lineup option in fantasy leagues if he is cleared to play.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 8:20am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is "unlikely" to play against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 7, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Kupp will undergo additional evaluation pregame, so the Rams haven't made an official decision on his availability yet. However, he certainly faces an uphill battle to suit up on Sunday afternoon. In the meantime, look for Jordan Whittington (shoulder) and Tutu Atwell to command additional targets.

From RotoBaller

Oct 19 9:10pm ET

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, the Los Angeles Rams have received calls from teams regarding the availability of wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle). Rapoport added that a trade for Kupp "would be complicated and multi-faceted." Although the Rams aren't actively looking to move the wideout, things could change before the deadline if Los Angeles continues down a losing path. Kupp has played his entire career in L.A., amassing 585 catches for 7,213 yards and 52 touchdowns. For now, he remains questionable for Sunday's clash with the Las Vegas Raiders.

From RotoBaller

Oct 19 12:40pm ET

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler says that Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) could be a true game-time decision to play in Week 7 on Sunday versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Kupp was limited in practice all week and was listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report. He has had a good week of practice and is optimistic that he'll be able to return to action, but head coach Sean McVay said the team will see how he responds over the weekend leading into Sunday's contest. The 31-year-old veteran would be a must-start fantasy wideout if he's active for Week 7, but the problem is the Rams play in the later window on Sunday, so we won't know first thing on Sunday if Kupp will be playing. Something to consider is that the Rams play again next Thursday night against the Minnesota Vikings, so it's possible they will rest Kupp for one more week if they don't feel he's quite ready.
